It appears that the individual who recently reported Lil Nas X to the police for allegedly walking naked on the street was not overstating the situation when they described him as a “man, who happens to be a Grammy winner, walking around in his birthday suit.
Last week, TMZ posted a video featuring the performer who was seen walking and posing on a Los Angeles street early morning, clad only in tight underwear and white cowboy boots. However, it seems there’s more to the story as it wasn’t exactly that state he was in when police arrested him, under suspicion of aggression towards an officer.

On an early Thursday morning, the Grammy-winning artist Lil Nas X was taken to the hospital and arrested after a confrontation with a police officer, following his walk around Studio City.
In the recently released video by TMZ over the weekend, the artist known for “Old Town Road” is captured strolling down a street without any clothes on, as he had discarded the boots and underwear that were his only remaining modesty. (His decision to go naked is what led a passerby to pick up his boots off the ground and list them for sale on eBay, asking for $10,000 or the highest bid.)
In the fresh video clips, Lil Nas X performs lines from Nicki Minaj’s part in Kanye West’s song “Monster,” while confidently walking like on a runway, heading towards the individual filming, who seems to be seated behind the wheel of a vehicle.

Last week, an LAPD representative informed The Times that a 26-year-old individual was apprehended around 6 a.m. on Thursday. Initially, this person was transported to a hospital due to suspected drug overdose. Later in the day, Lil Nas X was booked and remained in custody at a Van Nuys jail for approximately three days, awaiting a court hearing on Monday to determine bail.

On Thursday, both the Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) and the Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) arrived at the incident site. However, the LAFD declined to provide further details about the singer’s health status to The Times.
The artist known as Montero Lamar Hill was detained for suspected battery against a police officer. It’s claimed that he aggressively approached officers who had responded to an incident. Initial reports suggested a misdemeanor charge, but official records indicate a felony count is currently being held against him.
On Monday, representatives for Lil Nas X were unavailable for immediate comment when contacted by The Times.
His detainment occurred shortly following his apparent removal of old photos from Instagram and posting numerous new ones, among them a selfie uploaded Tuesday featuring him wearing a fur coat, bright red lipstick, both a cowboy hat and crown. In another snapshot, Lil Nas X is seen striking a pose in front of a brightly lit mirror, donning a golden dress, pristine white cowboy boots, and a tiara.
