New Jersey housewife Dina Manzo is now a Montecito resident living the dream in a $16M estate near Meghan and Harry
As a lifestyle expert with years of experience under my belt, I must say that Dina Manzo’s transition to her new life in Montecito, California, is nothing short of inspiring. The serene beauty of her surroundings, coupled with her chic yet casual style, speaks volumes about the peace and tranquility she has found after a tumultuous past.
Dina Manzo, a cast member on Real Housewives of New Jersey, has quickly adjusted to her rural lifestyle in Montecito, California, where she now resides alongside celebrities like Harry, Meghan, and Oprah Winfrey.
On Tuesday, DailyMail.com observed Dina, aged 52, and her spouse, David Cantin, who is an entrepreneur and CEO in investments, both 44 years old, showing around their recently chosen residence town.
A happy pair was spotted cruising around town in a bright blue FJ-40 Toyota Land Cruiser, accompanied by their companions in the rear seats.
Following an enchanting drive towards the Santa Barbara Harbor, it was noticeable that Dina picked up a warm, beige sweater to complement her relaxed outfit consisting of black trousers and a distressed white shirt.
As a devoted admirer of style, I elegantly complemented my ensemble with a luxurious Louis Vuitton multi-pocket crossbody bag, priced at $3,000, and stylish tan flip-flops to complete the look.
David walked hand-in-hand with his wife, maintaining a nearby pace, while they all journeyed towards the sea. They enjoyed a leisurely walk accompanied by their friends who followed at a distance.
The couple purchased their 6,000 square-foot mansion in May 2023 for $16million.
The five-bedroom, nearly six-bathroom home, initially constructed in 1994, recently changed hands in late 2020 at a price of $4.8 million. It had extensive refurbishments carried out on it.
The listing was described as ‘Montecito’s most coveted offering.’
Among her famous new neighbors are the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Oprah Winfrey, and Ellen DeGeneres, as well as several other notable figures.
Before moving to Montecito, the couple lived in San Juan Capistrano in Orange County.
It’s quite clear why she along with her spouse decided to move from the bustling East Coast to the comparatively peaceful West Coast.
Back in 2020, it was alleged that Dina’s former spouse, Thomas Manzo, aged 59, was indicted for contracting a criminal figure to assault her partner, David, in 2015, outside a shopping center in New Jersey.
David was left battered and bruised in the incident.
In simpler terms, the hit man, John Perna, aged 44, admitted to carrying out a violent act as part of organized crime and served a three-year sentence, which ended in 2023.
In March, charges against Thomas Manzo for the 2015 assault were dismissed due to his assertion that his right to a speedy trial, as outlined in the Speedy Trial Act, was infringed upon because the prosecution had unreasonably delayed starting the trial by taking too long.
However, just as swiftly as it had been abandoned, the Feds resumed their investigation, and by June, a grand jury concluded that Manzo was indeed guilty on charges including conspiracy, forgery, and hiding documents, along with engaging in a violent act associated with organized crime.
He now faces up to 46-years in prison and a $500k fine. His sentencing hearing is set for October 15.
On June 5, Dina expressed her gratitude for receiving justice with this straightforward Instagram message: “I’m reclaiming my strength, my vitality, and my abilities.”

Dina initially starred on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, and also had a spin-off show titled “Dina’s Party” that aired on HGTV.
She’s been married on three occasions. Her initial husband was George Hadjiapostoli, who is the father of her 28-year-old daughter, Lexi.
2007 saw her tying the knot with Thomas Manzo, who is the brother-in-law of Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Caroline Manzo (age 62). However, their marriage ended in 2016 through a divorce.
‘Number 3 is the charm’ she wrote on her Instagram account after marrying David in 2017.
