Hey everyone, Peraspera, the team behind Eclipsoul, just dropped their new game, Neverfall: Dungeon Trials! It’s an anime-style fantasy idle RPG and I’m already checking it out on my Android. Sadly, if you’re an iOS player like me, we’re still waiting to hear when it’ll be available on our devices.

Immerse yourself in a virtual realm created by the System and meet stunning heroines

Fans of anime and RPGs will be excited about Neverfall: Dungeon Trials! It’s a fantasy game where you build a team of beautiful, animated heroines and explore challenging dungeons. You’ll strategically battle enemies with the characters you collect on your adventure.

The story unfolds in Arcadia, a virtual world created by the System. Many adventurers come to Arcadia hoping to find riches, fame, or answers about where they came from – it reminds me a bit of the anime Tower of God. After successfully completing three full cycles within Arcadia on your own, the System assigns you a special mission.

Players can build teams with the maidens and enjoy story-based dungeons and bosses

What I’m most excited about is the huge cast of characters – over 100 unique dungeon maidens – brought to life with beautiful Live2D animation and authentic Japanese voice acting. But it’s not just about how they look! You’ll also be able to build a powerful team by combining their special skills, unique items, and different combat strategies.

After that, the game falls into typical auto-battles and boss fights, which honestly feel a bit repetitive. However, I think a lot of players will still have fun, especially with its generous gacha system, chances to build relationships with the characters, story-driven levels, cooperative raids, and regular seasonal events.
