Never Have I Ever star Maitreyi Ramakrishnan doesn’t look like this anymore, see her now as a glam adult
Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, the actress from Never Have I Ever, joined the hit show when she was eighteen years old.
In her cherished television series, a high school comedy-drama that Mindy Kaling co-created, she appeared youthful with minimal makeup applied.
She lacked the usual glitz, dealing with typical teen issues such as arguing with her mother and trying to win over her crush.
The first season dropped in 2020 and three seasons followed.
These days Ramakrishnan is a stunning 23-year-old woman who likes to get glam for Hollywood events.
This week, she was recently spotted at the red carpet event for Lindsay Lohan’s film “Freaky Friday,” where she plays a part.

The star adorned herself with a deep-violet, floor-length dress, added a sparkling necklace and earrings, and completed the look with a golden nose stud.
Her long black hair was worn down over one shoulder.
At the world debut of Freakier Friday, Ramakrishnan informed Cassie DiLaura from ET that he portrays a pop star character named Ella in the eagerly anticipated follow-up.
The movie is in theaters on August. 8.Â
Next up for Maitreyi is a Bollywood-themed project for Netflix titledBest of the Best.
Never Have I Ever was a launching pad for Ramakrishnan.
Ramakrishnan, a Canadian actress with Tamil origins similar to Mindy, took the lead role in portraying Devi, a studious teenager eager to change her image and be perceived as cool.
In the beginning of her second year, she longs for a typical teenager’s life, including dating someone who boosts her social standing and engaging in romantic relationships.
In a similar vein to how Mindy’s mom is a doctor, her mother, Nalini, warns her by saying: “Typical teens often find themselves in jail, or even working at places like Jersey Mike’s.

Poorna Jagannathan plays Nalini, a role she’s known for among US audiences from the HBO miniseries “The Night Of” and Indian cinema fans from the movie “Delhi Belly.
Devi endeavors to carry out her ‘rebranding’ efforts, yet struggles as she grapples with the shocking loss of her father due to a sudden heart attack.
In the main lineup, you’ll find Ramona Young, Lee Rodriguez, Jaren Lewison, and Darren Barnet. Niecy Nash appears frequently, while tennis legend John McEnroe provides the narrative voiceover.
Mindy Kaling was the producer of The Mindy Project and collaborated on its creation with Lang Fisher, but she didn’t appear as the main character in the series herself.
