The reality show “Kian’s Bizarre B&B” placed at Number 8, followed by the crime thriller “Karma” at Number 7. The action thriller “Weak Hero: Class 1” ranked at Number 6, while the romantic slice-of-life series “When Life Gives You Tangerines” came in at Number 4. The medical drama “Resident Playbook” took the third spot on the list. Interestingly, each of these shows belongs to a distinct subgenre, underscoring the wide appeal of Korean TV shows on Netflix, catering to diverse story preferences.
