Netflix’s popular series The Four Seasons captivated audiences last year, often described as a relaxing and less intense version of The White Lotus. Fans will be happy to hear that season two is coming soon, and Netflix has just shared a sneak peek with new photos and announced the official release date.
The second season, consisting of eight episodes, will premiere on Thursday, May 28th. That’s just over a year after the first season was released.
We haven’t decided on episode titles yet, but it’s cool to learn that Tina Fey wrote the sixth episode this season. She also helped write the very first episode, though this time she wrote it all on her own.
The season will once again center around six friends experiencing the ups and downs of four different holidays or vacations, continuing the show’s established format.
Tina Fey will be acting with Will Forte, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Marco Calvani, Erika Henningsen, and Colman Domingo.

While Domingo directed an episode in the first season, the directors for season two haven’t been revealed yet.
We have several images, including a group photo, individual pictures of the lead actors, and a heartwarming photo of Erika Henningsen as Ginny, visibly pregnant.
So, at the end of season one, I found out Anne was pregnant. She told everyone with Ginny’s okay, and it happened after Anne and Ginny finally started to get along – they’d been through a lot, going from enemies to almost friends, so it was a big moment!
We knew Ginny’s baby would be important in the second season, and it’s reassuring to hear the show won’t fast-forward past the pregnancy and birth.
Netflix has announced second seasons for multiple shows, including both a new season of the popular series and a continuation of its reimagining of Little House on the Prairie.
The amusing thing is, the first season hasn’t even released yet.
The Four Seasons season 2 will release on 28 May on Netflix. Season 1 is available to stream now.
