The popular teen series revolves around Jackie Howard, a 15-year-old resident of New York City. Her lively existence undergoes a drastic change following the demise of her parents and sibling.

Jackie relocates to rural Colorado, residing with her mother’s close friend Katherine Walter and her husband George, who together care for eleven children. However, upon establishing herself in the picturesque town of Silver Falls, Jackie finds herself caught up in a romantic predicament involving Katherine’s sons Alex and Cole.
