The upcoming Netflix film, set to be a thrilling heist story, boasts an impressive cast including Robert Pattinson, Daisy Edgar-Jones, and Denzel Washington.
Under the title Here Comes The Flood, this film is skillfully directed by Fernando Meirelles, known for his work on The Two Popes. Simon Kinberg is the one responsible for the screenplay; he’s the same writer who crafted the script for Mr & Mrs Smith (the movie, not the TV series).
In Netflix’s official social media post, the film is summarized as “a story about three individuals caught in a lethal web of deception and deceit.
The trio of actors is set to portray roles as a bank security guard, a teller, and a skilled robber, all entangled in an intricate heist. Further cast members and storyline developments will be disclosed at a later time.

As a fervent admirer, I’m excited to share that following my roles in the tornado drama Twisters opposite Glen Powell and the heartfelt queer romance On Swift Horses alongside Jacob Elordi, the talented Edgar-Jones from Normal People is set to appear next in the suspenseful thriller A Place in Hell, sharing the screen with the esteemed Michelle Williams.
The movie is helmed by Chloe Domont, from the film “Fair Play,” and it focuses on two female characters in a prominent criminal law office.
Robert Pattinson is set to act alongside Jennifer Lawrence in the upcoming film “Die, My Love,” directed by Lynne Ramsay. This movie will make its debut at the Cannes Film Festival this week.

Additionally, among his future endeavors are Christopher Nolan’s “The Odyssey” and “The Drama,” a movie by Kristoffer Borgli (director of “Dream Scenario” and “Sick of Myself”), which will feature the talented Zendaya.
Finally, Washington will star in Spike Lee’s upcoming joint, crime thriller Highest 2 Lowest.
The movie draws some influence from Akira Kurosawa’s 1963 production titled “High and Low,” and features Ilfenesh Hadera, Jeffrey Wright, ASAP Rocky, and Ice Spice making her acting debut within its storyline.
Here Comes The Flood will stream on Netflix.
