Netflix Unveils Alfred Hitchcock Film Collection

Some of Alfred Hitchcock‘s most beloved films are coming to both Netflix and the Paris Theater.

Starting June 1st, Netflix US subscribers can start streaming a variety of films including “Vertigo,” “Rear Window,” “Frenzy,” “The Man Who Knew Too Much,” “Family Plot,” and “The Birds,” among others. In addition, you’ll find movies such as “Us” and “Barbarian,” that were inspired by the filmmaker’s work, as well as Sacha Gervasi’s movie about Alfred Hitchcock himself, joining the streamer.

In addition to the release of the collection on Netflix, the Paris Theater is hosting a screening series titled “HITCH! The Original Cinema Influencer”. Running from May 16 to June 29, this six-week event showcases over 50 films. Among these, approximately 36 are directed by Hitchcock himself. The remaining films are choices that highlight the stylistic influences behind Hitchcock’s filmmaking, collaborations with him, works in his distinctive style, or tributes to his cinematic legacy.
