‘Netflix reveals fate of hit show’ – just days after Holly Willoughby’s Celebrity Bear Hunt was given the AXE
It appears that Netflix is set to release a third season for its popular reality dating series, Love Is Blind, following hot on the heels of the cancellation of Holly Willoughby’s high-profile series, Celebrity Bear Hunt.
As reported by The Sun, the streaming service appears keen on producing another installment of the dating series, well before the second season has been broadcasted.
As your trusted guide on all things lifestyle-related, I’d like to introduce you to a fascinating TV format where singletons embark on a journey of love without ever laying eyes on one another – or sharing a single kiss! It’s an intriguing exploration of human connection and compatibility in today’s digital age.
In the United Kingdom, the married duo Emma, aged 49, and Matt Willis, who is 42 years old, oversee the local adaptation of a worldwide phenomenon. This show involves participants attempting to find love by dating individuals hidden behind a partition, with the ultimate goal of securing a proposal for marriage.
Only once they have become engaged are the couples allowed to meet face-to-face.

As a devoted admirer, I find myself immersed in the narrative as it unfolds, revealing their journey of making a momentous decision about whether or not to proceed with the wedding. This captivating tale serves as an intriguing exploration of the idea that love, indeed, can transcend sight.
The first season was a massive success, attracting 40.9 million views in its first month.
Regarding the show’s upcoming developments, a source shared with the media: ‘There was immense joy among Netflix staff when the UK audience embraced Love Is Blind just as enthusiastically as its international counterparts.’
‘The second season of the show is set to premiere this summer, while Netflix is already in production for season three given its obvious appeal.’
TopMob has contacted Netflix for comment.
The story is about the termination of the Celebrity Bear Hunt, a show that was abruptly ended following its first season.
Unfortunately, the show, previously filmed in Costa Rica with hosts Holly (age 44) and Bear Grylls (age 50), won’t be coming back for another season, despite Bear’s hopes.
According to insiders, although the series that premiered in February received impressive viewership, its production costs were high. As a result, Netflix is considering organizing more live events instead of producing pre-recorded shows in the future.

According to a source, everyone took great pride in the production, yet they found the costs associated with its creation to be quite high.
Instead of needing an entire collection in Costa Rica, you required a large team and numerous famous personalities. The expenses were astonishingly high.
It is understood that cheaper locations were looked at, but nothing appeared to be suitable.
The Star-Studded Celebrity Bear Hunt boasted a stellar roster of famous personalities, such as the Spice Girl Melanie Brown (Mel B) and tennis legend Boris Becker. These high-profile individuals might not have come at a budget-friendly price, based on reports.
Among the celebrities who participated were Lottie Moss, Danny Cipriani, Big Zuu, Joe Thomas, Kola Bokinni, Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen, Leomie Anderson, Shirley Ballas, Steph McGovern, and Una Healy. In simpler terms, these well-known individuals were part of the event.
In this new series on Netflix, Holly made her debut, bringing together twelve famous faces who found themselves in the lush jungles of Costa Rica, evading the hunting tactics of Bear Grylls.
Along the way, the celebrities faced various challenges and had to solve puzzles.
Netflix has been approached for comment.
