Netflix renews Outer Banks for final season
As a devoted fan who has been following the Outer Banks saga since its inception, this news of the final season brings a bittersweet mix of emotions. The Pogues’ escapades have become an integral part of my weekly viewing routine, and their quest for justice and treasure has kept me on the edge of my seat through four thrilling seasons.
The streaming service Netflix has announced that the show “Outer Banks” will return for a fifth and concluding season, with its makers promising it to be “spectacular”.
In this gaming world, I’m part of the Pogue crew in our very own named city. Our mission? Narrow the wealth divide, but it’s not easy with the cops giving us a hard time and a local gang causing trouble. It’s a constant struggle, but we press on!
Starting November 7th, the second half of the fourth season will air on Netflix. Excitingly, they’ve also confirmed that there will indeed be a fifth season, but this will mark the end of the series.
In a chat with TUDUM, the creators of the series – Josh Pate, Jonas Pate, and Shannon Burke – revealed that the concluding episode of Season 4 will pave the way for an incredible fifth and last season. They also expressed their warm sentiments to the fans of the show.

Our fourth production cycle was both lengthy and challenging, yet incredibly fulfilling. It concludes with an extended episode that we believe is our strongest and most impactful. We eagerly anticipate your response.
