Netflix wants to build on the success of its animated film, “KPop Demon Hunters,” and expand its presence in selling merchandise.

Netflix has partnered with toy companies Mattel and Hasbro to create merchandise – including dolls, action figures, and electronics – inspired by their new movie, “KPop Demon Hunters.” The film follows three talented singers who also happen to be demon hunters, working to save the world from evil forces.

Since its release in June, “KPop Demon Hunters” has become a global sensation, achieving the title of Netflix’s most-watched film with over 325 million views within its first 91 days.

Netflix is making more licensing agreements as part of a broader strategy to build stronger fan communities around its content by partnering with various brands.

Starting next month, Netflix will launch “Netflix House,” a new type of location where fans can experience shows and movies in person. These spaces will also offer food and merchandise related to popular Netflix titles.

Netflix’s new show, KPop Demon Hunters, has quickly become a huge hit with fans worldwide, according to Marian Lee, Netflix’s chief marketing officer. This unique partnership between Netflix, Mattel, and Hasbro will allow fans to purchase the dolls, games, and merchandise they’ve been eagerly requesting online.
