There’s more good news for the streaming service! Following their groundbreaking agreement with Warner Bros., they’ve also received positive recognition at the Golden Globes.
The nominations for the 2026 Golden Globes are out, and Netflix is the frontrunner with a total of 35 nominations for its films and TV shows. Warner Bros. and HBO are close behind, earning a combined 31 nominations.
I’m so excited for Netflix at the awards! They’ve got some amazing films up for Best Motion Picture – I’m really hoping Frankenstein, directed by Guillermo del Toro, takes home the Drama award. And I’m thrilled Nouvelle Vague is nominated for Musical or Comedy – it’s fantastic! Plus, KPop Demon Hunters being recognized for Best Animated film is just awesome; it’s such a creative and fun movie.
