At the same time as revealing the release date, the streaming platform unveiled a fresh sneak peek trailer hinting at a get-together for Tom Sturridge’s character, Dream, and his fellow Endless brethren.

Following a momentous meeting with his kin, Dream of the Endless (Tom Sturridge) encounters challenge after challenge in making critical choices, as he strives to rescue himself, his realm, and the real world from the catastrophic consequences of past mistakes – this is the summary provided for season 2.

In order to set things right, Dream finds himself facing old companions and adversaries, gods, beasts, and humans alike. Yet, the journey towards redemption is fraught with unforeseen curves and detours, and genuine atonement could require him to give up everything he holds dear.

For the second season, we’ve got some exciting additions to our cast along with Sturridge. These include Kirby Howell-Baptiste, Mason Alexander Park, Donna Preston, Esmé Creed-Miles, Adrian Lester, Barry Sloane, Patton Oswalt, Vivienne Acheampong, Gwendoline Christie, and Jenna Coleman, among several others.

Critics’ assessments of Season 1, boasting an impressive 88% rating on Rotten Tomatoes, have labeled the series as both “extraordinary” and “compelling.

According to The Mercury News, the series beautifully embodies Neil Gaiman’s ambitious vision, effectively portraying the mysterious elements and crafting an awe-inspiring, otherworldly setting.
