NetEase Games is letting players try out its new open-world Wuxia RPG, Where Winds Meet, on iOS devices from November 9th to 11th. This is a limited technical test for the game, which originally launched in China on mobile in January after being announced in April 2024.

Get ready to witness the next big leap in mobile gaming

You’ve probably seen exciting clips of Where Winds Meet popping up on social media. Now you can finally play the game yourself! The iOS test is starting soon, and updates will be released regularly for mobile devices.

If you’re just discovering it, Where Winds Meet is an open-world action-adventure RPG taking place in tenth-century China. You play as a young sword master on a journey to learn the truth about who you are and the secrets of your past.

I believe this game could really compete with big titles like Genshin Impact and Wuthering Waves. The concept of exploring a huge and beautiful world with over 20 different areas on a portable device is amazing. It’s incredible to think about how far gaming has come – just a decade ago, this would have seemed impossible!
