TopMob has contacted Mark’s representatives for comment.

This past year has been nothing short of a struggle for me, being one of the many celebrities who found themselves in the path of the catastrophic LA wildfires.

As a lifestyle expert, I found myself in a situation where I had to evacuate my Los Angeles residence located within the upscale community of Pacific Palisades, due to an unexpected wildfire encroaching upon our neighborhood. The flames were relentless and unpredictable, leaving us no choice but to leave everything behind and seek safety elsewhere.

At that moment, Mark’s wife, Emma, countered those labeling the wildfires as a celebrity-centric issue by encouraging everyone to recall that numerous other individuals had also suffered immense losses.

With great emotion, she declared, “My house means little to me compared to my concern for Joyce’s wellbeing.

I currently possess all that truly matters to me – my children, spouse, and pets. The remaining things hold no significance for me. Feel free to take them if you wish.

‘I just want Joyce and all the other people who stayed to fight for everything they have to be ok.’

In an attempt to avoid sounding confrontational, she went on to say: “I dislike how this has been portrayed as ‘celebrity homes’, ‘priciest properties’, and ‘Hollywood hotspots’.

‘Not at all, it’s only a small portion, like 5%, that resembles California. The true backbone of California lies in its workers. They are the heart and soul of Los Angeles, and unfortunately, they are the ones who have been left with nothing.’

‘They have no insurance, nowhere to escape too, rescue shelters are overrun.

Don’t jump to the conclusion that everyone in LA is wealthy and thriving. In reality, many individuals there are struggling.

Emma clarified, “I don’t want anyone to misinterpret my intentions or criticize me unnecessarily. I merely want to express that I’m not satisfied with how things have been presented, and I hope I don’t upset anyone in the process.

‘This is not just about rich and famous celebs. Who gives a f*****g s**t? It is about real people.’

In August 2021, Mark decided to make a permanent move to America following the sale of his extensive property in Hampshire for approximately six and a half million pounds.

For several years now, the singer has resided in California with his wife Emma and their trio of kids, yet he still maintains a home base in the U.K., nestled amidst the charming countryside.

Yet, Mark managed to resell the magnificent nine-bedroom house at triple the price he initially bought it for in 2010.
