Nepo baby, 21, is spitting image of ’90s TV star mother as she cuddles lion in Africa – but can you guess who her famous parent is?
A nepo baby looked the spitting image of her 90s TV star mother as she cuddled a lion in Africa.
21-year-old conservationist and model posted a heartwarming video on Instagram, showcasing her hugging two lions. Afterward, she and her father helped these lions regain their freedom in the wilderness.
Leaning against a lion, she wrote: ‘Gorgeous Zemo on the day we set him free in Africa. I eagerly anticipate seeing him again soon.’
At age 21, she has chosen to walk similar paths as her renowned parents, deciding to leave education behind to focus on her passions in the realms of entertainment and environmental conservation.
She currently has approximately 1.5 million followers on Instagram, where she often shares glimpses of her day-to-day life filled with various animals.
But can you guess who the nepo baby and her famous parents are?

Indeed, you’re correct! The young lady is Freya Aspinall, daughter of English actress Donna Air and entrepreneur Damian Aspinall.
At the tender age of 21, Donna crossed paths with wealthy Damian, a man who was already 40 years old when they first encountered each other.
In the year 2000, they first met at a gathering, being connected through their mutual acquaintance, the once famous Tara Palmer-Tomkinson. They then carried on a seven-year romance until parting ways in July 2007.
Damian is the proprietor of The Aspinall Foundation, an organization that collaborates with Howletts Wild Animal Park, a park established by his father, John Aspinall.
The Aspinall Foundation, established in 1984 as a British charitable organization, focuses on safeguarding wildlife and reintroducing captive animals into their natural habitats. Additionally, it carries out initiatives overseas to shield vulnerable species from extinction.
As a devoted admirer, I’m proud to say that I oversee the operation of both Howletts and Port Lympne Park, two incredible sanctuaries spanning 600 acres. These remarkable havens are home to an array of rare and critically endangered species, including the UK’s largest black rhino breeding herd.
Freya carries on her father’s passion for conservation, devoting her time to nurturing different creatures within the sanctuary. She is being prepared to succeed him as the future chair of the Aspinall Foundation.
In addition, she too shares her mother’s attractive features, as she became the youngest model signed to Storm Model Agency, which was founded by Kate Moss, back in 2018.

Instead of devoting much of her time to the catwalk, she dedicates her days to the park where she cares for orphaned lion cubs and gorillas.
This influencer showcases the significance of conservation efforts on her Instagram account, posting touching videos of herself interacting affectionately with large cats and personally feeding gorillas in their habitats. She has successfully amassed a substantial following of 1.5 million people.
It’s been reported that unlike many who might be labeled as “nepo babies,” Freya has proven herself by choosing to leverage her modeling platform for advocating conservation causes, rather than simply relying on her connections.
She referred to herself as a “miniature edition” of her father, Damian. If she were to secure a magazine cover in the future, she intends it to reflect her role as a conservationist instead of a model.
In an interview with the Financial Times, I confessed: “Growing up, I was surrounded by animals, a world I couldn’t envision without them. It runs through my veins; it’s been clear to me since day one what my life’s purpose should be.
It’s not surprising that she has such a strong connection with animals, given her early upbringing among gorillas at Howletts, where she was initially left with the females in a gorilla enclosure and accepted by them.
Damian had always performed this particular tradition with his eldest daughters, Tansy and Clary, whom he shares from his 15-year union with Louise Sebag-Montefiore.
At that point in time, he shared his intentions for Freya with London’s Evening Standard, stating: “This is a tradition. Most likely, I will hand her over to a dominant female who will then introduce her to the group after she has been mated and initiated. I followed similar practices with my other daughters, and now it’s Freya’s turn.

As a die-hard admirer, I wholeheartedly endorsed the scheme, convinced beyond doubt that Freya wouldn’t find herself in any peril whatsoever.
Damian added: ‘Why would I not trust them? I know them, I grew up with them. They are my friends.’
Freya has no qualms about venturing near unusual creatures at the family’s wildlife sanctuary.
She’s shared that Port Lympne Wild Animal Park in Kent, a spot she adores feeding giraffes at, is among her most cherished locations.
As a seasoned lifestyle enthusiast who’s deeply connected with nature, I’ve had the privilege of nurturing a special bond with two magnificent gorillas – Silverback Kifu and Tambabi – since their early days. It’s not just about feeding them treats or offering comfort through cuddles; it’s about understanding their unique personalities and sharing life experiences together.
