Na Hong-jin, the director of critically acclaimed Korean horror films like The Wailing, is back with a new movie called Hope. The film, distributed by Neon, features a talented international cast and is shaping up to be a suspenseful and mysterious horror story that builds to a terrifying climax, exploring themes of cosmic dread.

The film takes place in Hope Harbor, a small, secluded village in South Korea. When a mysterious and destructive creature appears, the community is thrown into turmoil. Police Chief Bum-seok, played by Hwang Jung-min, and Officer Sung-ae, played by Hoyeon of Squid Game fame, are first on the scene to investigate the chaos and try to protect the villagers.
