Neil Young has canceled all of his upcoming shows in the UK and Europe, and he’s expressed sincere apologies to his fans.
The 80-year-old American rock musician and his band, The Chrome Hearts, had planned a series of concerts in cities across Britain, including Manchester, Cardiff, and Glasgow.
He was scheduled to perform at locations in countries like the Netherlands, France, and Italy.
In a surprising announcement, the artist has cancelled their entire tour and will be taking a break from performing.
Neil Young announced on his website that he’s taking a break and won’t be touring Europe this time around.
‘Thanks to everyone who bought tickets. I’m sorry to let you down, but this is not the time.
‘I do love playing LIVE and being with you and the Chrome Hearts. LOVE Neil be well.’
Neil did not go into further detail about the reason behind cancelling the tour.
