Neighbours star Xavier Molyneux teases ‘raunchy’ storylines on the soap – as the former paramedic lands first ever film role
As a fervent admirer of Xavier Molyneux‘s journey, I find myself utterly astounded by his meteoric rise from the paramedic’s ambulance to the silver screen. Five years ago, he was saving lives in Sydney, and now he’s making them more exciting with his debut movie role!
Xavier Molyneux’s career is soaring to new heights.
Five short years back, he was a paramedic in Sydney, but today, at only 26, he’s secured his debut film role.
The actor, who joined Neighbours last year, stars in the film Take My Hand, which debuted last month.
He has also teased upcoming racy storylines for his soap character, Byron Stone.
He shared with The Daily Telegraph that there seems to be an adult, perhaps provocative narrative. I can’t wait to see how it unfolds on screen.
Behind the scene, an immense amount of work was invested. Experts in that particular field of performance were recruited for the task.
Xavier says that his rise to fame has been ‘very exciting and very daunting’.
He openly confessed to the media that he often struggles with feelings of being a fraud, as his acting career has long been considered a distant aspiration rather than a realistic goal.

The star first became known for appearing on reality series Big Brother Australia back in 2020.
In 2019, he was a winner on Australia’s Got Talent, yet it might not be instantly familiar to fans that this rising musician graced the stage of the reality television show.
The footage broadcasted in July during the 14th season depicted Xavier performing alongside the show’s host, Ricki-Lee Coulter, on stage.
Xavier, serving as a paramedic, was positioned beside Ricki-Lee on standby, ready to offer immediate aid should an emergency arise during the risky stunt performance.
He was one of nine housemates left vying for the $250,000 cash prize on Big Brother in 2020.
Last year, he joined f Neighbours as the free-spirited son of character Jane Harris (Annie Jones).
In a plot, his personality became intertwined with the well-known actress Mischa Barton, who appeared as a guest star in filming last year.
