The actors portraying the Doctor are simply playing their part. Regrettably, we’re only human, and my body is suggesting it’s time for a break. I wish I could continue at full capacity for the rest of my life, but my knees are giving me signals that it’s past due.

Taking on the role of The Doctor can be quite demanding, involving a significant amount of physical exertion. Luckily, the performer was more than willing to rise to the occasion, and his dedication resulted in earning him accolades from many viewers, placing him among the top-rated actors to portray The Doctor for some fans.

Rumors Point To Another Reason For Ncuti Gatwa’s Exit

Although Ncuti Gatwa’s explanation in the official Doctor Who video seems plausible, there are whispers suggesting a different motive for the actor leaving the show. The supposed reasoning is said to originate from a source known as “Andrew”, who has leaked information before, such as The Rani’s return and Billie Piper portraying the Sixteenth Doctor (as discussed on Reddit).
