NBA Live Mobile 24 Season Reset Guide and Tips
As a seasoned player of NBA Live Mobile, I must admit that the annual Season Reset has always been a bittersweet moment for me. On one hand, it signifies a fresh start, an opportunity to leave behind the monotony of the current season and embark on new challenges. On the other hand, it feels like starting from scratch after putting in countless hours of hard work and dedication.
As Electronic Arts unveils the launch of NBA Live Mobile 25, they’ve kicked off the clock for a fresh new season! Over the past eight years, we’re now just around the bend for the ninth season of NBA Live Mobile. And with that, it’s time for the annual season refresh! Don’t fret though! This guide will walk you through the entire reset process and offer tips on how to get ready for the season refresh in NBA Live Mobile 24!
What is the Season Rollover or Reset
At the beginning of each year, when the new season for NBA Live Mobile begins, it’s referred to as a “Reset.” Essentially, this term signifies the shift from one season to another. So, you might hear it called either a Reset or Season Rollover. As we approach December 21st, NBA Live Mobile 24 will transform into NBA Live Mobile 25. The game will undergo some changes and updates, just like any game does when it transitions to a new version. It’s essentially the same game, but with a fresh look and new events.
Just as in any game with a New Year’s model, you begin anew, joining your fellow gamers at the starting point. This is the reset. With the arrival of the Season 9 update on NBA Live Mobile, excitement for the new season remains palpable, but it’s the reset that some players may find concerning.
Which items carry over to the reset
1. User Name and User ID
In the upcoming NBA Live Mobile 25 season, your existing Username and Player ID from the current NBA Live Mobile 24 season will remain the same. Consequently, you’ll be able to play NBA Live Mobile 25 using your current Username and ID.
2. NBA Cash and Coins
In the upcoming season, both your regular game currency (referred to as coins) and the NBA Cash, which is the premium currency you’ve accumulated, will transfer over. This means a boost for your in-game assets.
3. Players
Just like past seasons, your Players will be rolled over for Season 9, offering a significant advantage. These players are exclusively usable within a Multi-Year Team to gain an edge in certain tougher competitions. However, keep in mind that they can’t be part of any other team setup as per the usual rules.
4. Jerseys, Courts, and Boost Items
Another advantage is you get to carry Jerseys, Courts, and Boost Items to Season 9.
Item Limit
Keep in mind that players will only keep their important details saved if they have fewer than 3500 items, an increase from last season’s limit of 1350. To preserve your cherished items, it is strongly advised to thoughtfully manage your collection, such as removing excess items from Sets when necessary.
During the transition to Season 8, any items exceeding the maximum allowed number will be removed and turned into Credits. This transformation will start with lower-tier items and gradually move up to higher-tier ones. At present, we don’t have exact details about how many Credits each item will yield, but we’ll share more details on this process at a later date.
Which items will not carry over
1. Collectibles and Style Items
Items labeled as Collectibles (Tokens) and Style items won’t make the transition to Season 9. As a token of appreciation for your dedication in collecting them, these items will be transformed into Credits when we move on to the new season. In Season 9, you can cash in these Credits to buy Store Packs, giving you an early advantage.
For Season 8, the amount of points you earn is based on the combined worth of the items in your account. Keep in mind that there might be some exceptions to this rule, which we haven’t announced yet. With these potential exceptions set aside,
Item | Credits |
---|---|
10,000 Coins | 1 |
Bronze Token | 1 |
Silver Token | 2 |
Gold Token | 3 |
Elite Token | 4 |
Ultra Token | 5 |
Royal Token | 6 |
Super Token | 7 |
How to prepare for the NBA Live Mobile 24 Season Reset
Since you now know which items will continue into the upcoming season, it’s crucial to make a well-thought-out plan. Remember, there’s a maximum number of items you can hold, so this is something to take note of. The best approach for the NBA Live Mobile 24 Season Reset would be to gather resources and discard any extra items that exceed the 3500 threshold.
Additionally, remember that with the conclusion of Season 8, our Auction House will be momentarily closed for business, starting from December 21, 2024. This means no new auctions can be posted during this period. However, any existing auctions will continue to run their course and end before Season 9 starts, allowing you to monitor the progress for any changes in bidding.
Final Thoughts
Initially, there’s no need to worry! Though it might seem concerning at first glance, remember that the annual Season Reset is quite common in NBA Live Mobile. All seasonal games undergo this process, so it should come as no surprise. So, relax, take a deep breath, and carry on with your game!
If you find yourself yearning for something new in NBA Live Mobile 24 due to its gradual pace, then the upcoming Season Reset might be exactly what you need. Seize this opportunity to revitalize the game, prepare for it, and view it as a way to breathe fresh life into it.
