She smiled broadly as she walked along the street, her growing belly visible in a pair of patterned bicycle shorts with a snake-like design.
Karina accessorized her outfit by including a black shirt, tied it high above her waistline to reveal her expanding belly.
The woman with dark hair seemed barely to have any makeup, sported a pair of sunglasses, and carried a crossbody bag too.
It comes come after Karina hit back at cruel trolls after the pair were criticised her pregnancy.
Last month, Narelda, age 48, and Karina, age 39, shared the exciting news that they are going to have a baby as a couple for the first time.
On Saturday, the pair published a delightful collection of videos and images on Instagram, showcasing their joy since they announced their exciting news, demonstrating how they’ve been living life to the fullest.
One clip showed the couple looking glamorous in stunning gowns, standing in the Sydney CBD.
Narelda raised the back of her black gown above Karina’s waist, then lowered it again to display Karina’s growing bump, which stood out even more due to a big black bow adorning her dress.
Another sweet image showed Narelda and Karina sharing an intimate festive-themed moment.
Narelda, too, captured an image of the smooching pair standing by the massive Christmas tree in Martin Place, just for posterity.
A different image captured Karina donning a striking, off-shoulder orange dress accentuating her growing belly, once more, as she elegantly posed before what seemed like a hotel window.
In the third snapshot, Narelda and Karina were both dressed in nearly identical black ensembles, delighting in a lively elevator experience together.
The charming carousel was completed with a smitten couple socializing with companions, along with Narelda engaging in some home improvement tasks.
Although the post received an outpouring of affection and congratulations from acquaintances, admirers, and supporters, some were less forthcoming with their praise.
One cruel troll took the time to criticise the couple’s baby news with: ‘Feel sorry for the child not knowing who’s the father.’
It is unclear if the donor is anonymous or known to Narelda and Karina.
In response to a rude remark, Karina, who used to be the head of staff for Senator Sarah Hanson-Young from the Green party, didn’t just let it slide but quickly retaliated against the impolite commentator.
‘Who made you the author of our family’s story?’ she replied.
Followers were quick to jump to the couple’s defence, hitting back at the nasty comment.
As a concerned bystander, I find it fortunate that it’s not my responsibility, not my situation, and bears no connection to me personally, allowing me to move along without getting involved. It seems rather unfortunate that a negative perspective was chosen in this instance.

Brittany Higgins expressed joyful congratulations to the expectant mothers, describing the news as “incredibly exciting and heartening information I’ve received in a while.
‘Congratulations to the both of you!’ added the former Liberal staffer.
Other big names weighed in, including Bindi Irwin who wrote ‘CONGRATULATIONS!!! Such wonderful news!’
Beyond announcing their pregnancy, the couple additionally disclosed that their humorous adult book titled “If Queer Individuals Aren’t Supposed to Have Children” has been accepted for publication by the University of Queensland Press (UQP).
18 months following their initial date, the couple tied the knot in a lively wedding ceremony held in Sydney during early August.
In the beginning of 2023, Narelda announced her new relationship on Instagram by posting a picture; it was taken at the Sydney World Pride festivities and showed her kissing another woman.
