Naomi Campbell shows off her DJ skills as she makes a surprise appearance for the Richard Quinn afterparty

I was so impressed to see Naomi Campbell DJing this weekend! It’s amazing to see her talents extend beyond just being a supermodel – she absolutely killed it at the Richard Quinn afterparty in Mayfair. It just proves she can do anything!

The 55-year-old supermodel surprised everyone with a two-hour performance at Maison Close, a popular spot for celebrating London Fashion Week.

She’s quickly become a highly requested DJ, performing at clubs and events throughout Europe and the United States in recent months.

As a DJ, I always say comfort is key! During her set, Naomi looked totally at ease – she was behind the turntables, mixing tracks, and rocking a simple, classic black tee. It’s all about being relaxed and letting the music do the talking, and she definitely nailed that vibe.

Performing in the capital is a special moment for her, especially after she recently shared how becoming a mother transformed her perspective on life.

Naomi had two children, a son and a daughter, born through surrogacy in 2021 and 2023. Becoming a mother has helped her discover a newfound inner strength.

For the September issue of Vogue Brazil’s 50th anniversary, Naomi Campbell looked stunning in a fitted corset and full skirt.

In a recent interview, the fashion icon shared what she’s learned since becoming a mother and how motherhood has changed her.

Naomi said she was overwhelmed with love, explaining it was unlike anything she’d ever experienced. She confessed she thought she understood love before, but this felt completely different and much deeper.

She went on to say that her children constantly amaze her and help her learn more about who she is.

I thought I was already as protective as possible, but I discovered I could actually be even more so.

It’s also revealed a different kind of strength to me – a gentle power that comes from nurturing and caring for my children, who rely on me entirely.

‘They’ve changed everything about how I see the world.’

The supermodel surprised everyone by announcing the birth of her daughter in 2021 and shared a cover photo with the baby for Vogue magazine.

The model had a daughter, and in 2023, she welcomed a son. She has now shared the names of both children.

Naomi had initially said her daughter was adopted, but then clarified that she hadn’t given birth herself. She was sharing how important her children are to her.

Telling The Times: ‘My babies are everything to me. It’s made me fear for the future.’

Naomi clarified that she wasn’t seeking a father figure for her children and is content with her role as a single mother raising them on her own.
