As an ardent fan of all things pop music, I couldn’t help but feel a surge of nostalgia and excitement when I saw Nadine Coyle making a cameo appearance in Say Now’s music video. Having grown up with Girls Aloud, their music was the soundtrack to my teenage years, and seeing one of its members supporting a new generation of girl groups is truly heartwarming.

Nadine Coyle was absolutely stunning during her guest spot in girl group “Say Now’s” latest music video for their track “Trouble.”

In a video, the former member of Girls Aloud, aged 39, played the part of a supportive friend who assisted an emerging band by posting bail for them when they found themselves in trouble with the law.

In the video, you’ll find band members Ysabelle Salvanera, Amelia Onuorah, and Madeleine Haynes who are imprisoned in a cell, attempting to escape.

They are seen sending a text to someone saying: ‘Mother, we’re in trouble, can you come get us?’

The person replies: ‘I’ll be there in 2 mins 38 seconds’.

Towards the closing moments of the video, Nadine makes an appearance, confidently walking along the prison corridor donned in a sleek black leather jacket and a coordinating lace top.

As a devoted fan, I swept my golden tresses into casual curls, and topped off the ensemble with a stylish pair of shades, emulating the cool allure of my pop idol.

At the conclusion of the video, the girls embrace Nadine, and then she grabs their hands, guiding them as they exit the jail.

Say Now formed in 2022 and have signed with Atlantic Records.

From mid-May through the end of June, the female band embarked on a tour that took them across England, Scotland, Ireland, and Northern Ireland, playing a grand total of thirty shows, several of which were consecutive.

1. At Liverpool, they concluded their tour, and Nadine was moved to tears by their usual homage to the late Sarah Harding. (This version maintains the original structure but uses simpler language.)

Sarah, who tragically passed away due to cancer in 2021, was one of the original members of the band Girls Aloud, joining forces with Nadine, Cheryl (aged 41), Nicola Roberts (aged 38), and Kimberley Walsh (aged 42).

Nadine was scheduled to take the stage at the Kubix Festival in Sunderland during July, joining acts such as Busted, Basshunter, and Cascada on stage.

However, in a joint Instagram and Facebook post on Tuesday, Rubix announced a schedule change.

Sadly, Nadine Coyle can’t perform at Kubix anymore because she’s too tired. We wish her well and hope she takes time to rest. She’ll be welcome to join us at a future festival!

On their initial tour sans Sarah, Girls Aloud honored her memory at every performance during The Girls Aloud Show tour.

Girls Aloud incorporated imagery and even vocals of Sarah into the performances of their hit songs.

One notable addition was the ‘walking Primrose’ bridge, famously designed by Sarah, featured prominently in their 2008 blockbuster, The Promise.

It was particularly moving when the group played in Manchester, Sarah’s hometown, as her mother Marie was present.

A little over a year ago, I, as a lifestyle expert, shared the heartbreaking news that I was battling breast cancer, which ultimately metastasized and took my life at the age of 39.

In the final months, Sarah started living with Cheryl and her child, Bear, whom she co-parents with Liam Payne.
