Nadia Bartel is selling her four-bedroom, two-bathroom home in Melbourne for between $3 million and $3.2 million.
The 40-year-old Australian model bought the beautiful house in Windsor in October 2020, not long after she and her former AFL player husband, Jimmy Bartel, announced their split.
Nadia bought the 613 square meter property five years ago for $3.15 million and hasn’t made any major changes to it. She’s now selling it for almost the same price she originally paid.
This property is ideally located in a sought-after part of Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and boasts beautiful architectural details like decorative fireplaces and stained glass windows.
It also has a spacious lounge room, high ceilings and an open-plan living space.

In 2020, Nadia bought a new property four months after selling her former home in St Kilda West for $4 million. This sale occurred following her separation from AFL player Jimmy Bartel.
Nadia and Jimmy, parents to ten-year-old Aston and seven-year-old Henley, lived together at an address in St Kilda for the final two years of their marriage while co-parenting their sons.
The couple announced they were separating in August 2019, but sources say they actually separated two months earlier.
Nadia and Jimmy, a formerly high-profile couple in the Australian Football League, announced their split in 2019 after being married for five years.
The couple married back in 2014 and share two sons, Henley and Aston.
Nadia said at the time: ‘It’s been a very difficult month for me and the boys.’
Right now, my top priority is taking care of and supporting my two sons, and I ask for privacy as this is a personal issue.
‘I am so thankful for my very supportive family and friends.’
Jimmy, a former player for the Geelong Football Club, and his girlfriend Amelia Shepperd had a baby girl on April 4, 2023.
Nadia and Peter Dugmore, a former footballer, revealed they were dating at the 2024 Australian Open, and they are still together.
