Nadia Bartel reveals huge baby news with boyfriend Peter Dugmore – after sharing their wedding plans together

Nadia Bartel recently shared that she and her boyfriend, Peter Dugmore, are hoping to have a baby, shortly after suggesting they don’t plan to get married.

The 40-year-old, who is a former wife of an Australian Rules Football player, recently shared with Stellar magazine that she and her partner plan to start trying to have a baby this year.

Henne, a designer and mother of two sons with her former husband Jimmy Bartel, has frozen embryos and plans to have more children.

She shared that she and her partner, Pete, are hoping to start a family this year, and they have a strong support system in each other.

Nadia praised the Melbourne businessman for being incredibly supportive with her two sons, Aston, who will be ten next week, and seven-year-old Henley.

‘It’s comforting to know we’ve got the embryos there,’ she added.

The Australian model was at Derby Day in Melbourne and shared her feelings about getting married to her partner.

‘I don’t think so,’ she shared when asked if there were any wedding plans on the horizon. 

‘I don’t know. I’m not too fussed. We’re just really happy.’

She explained that even though she’s been married previously, she’s never desired a lavish or elaborate wedding.

Being with someone who respects and cares for me is really important, and Peter is absolutely the best at making me feel that way.

Peter messaged the fashion influencer on Instagram, and they started dating, publicly becoming a couple in 2023.

Okay, so I never reply to DMs, seriously. But I don’t know what came over me, maybe I was just feeling a little down, but I did. I actually responded! I can’t believe I did, honestly. I told my followers about it later, because it was so out of character for me.

I checked out his profile and saw we had friends in common, and he seemed friendly. I also appreciated that he didn’t post very often,” she explained.

‘I really enjoyed the chats but I never thought I’d ever see this person—it was just nice to chat. 

I was feeling mentally strong and didn’t want to risk getting hurt again.
