In just one year, the inspiring Instagram page @healing_belle garnered a significant following, with many people who were battling cancer among them. They eventually downloaded her wellness app called The Whole Pantry and purchased her cookbook, which shares the same name.

Throughout everything, Gibson stated that the money she earned (estimated to be over $1 million) would go towards numerous cancer-related organizations as donations.

2017 saw me facing a lengthy and tense legal battle with the Australian Federal Court over my alleged fraudulent charitable donation claims. The court eventually ruled in their favor, ordering me to pay approximately AU$410,000 (US$257,000) for these false statements.

Combined with her legal fees, she must cough up about half a million dollars (US$313,000).

It’s been almost a decade since then and she hasn’t paid the fine.

In contrast, even with significant financial obligations, she manages to maintain a fairly ordinary lifestyle as a suburban single mom residing in Melbourne.

Ever since Apple Cider Vinegar debuted on the streaming platform on February 6, numerous viewers have shown surprise at what seems to be a lenient treatment towards Gibson regarding any potential punishment.
