Myleene Klass turned heads at the London premiere of ‘Wicked: For Good’ on Monday, wearing striking ruby red heels that seemed to channel Dorothy from ‘The Wizard of Oz’.
The Classic FM star, 47, commanded attention in a pair of towering bejewelled Jimmy Choo stilettos.
I was absolutely captivated by her outfit! She wore this stunning, short green dress – the Maia peridot mini – and it cost £960! It had the most beautiful silver lining across the chest, and she finished the look with a pair of heels. It was a really eye-catching combination.
The singer finished her red carpet look with bold, chunky gold hoop earrings.
Myleene chose a glamorous makeup look for her day out, completing it with a striking red lipstick that matched her shoes.
Coming to theaters on November 21st, this movie wraps up the story of the two iconic witches from Oz. It’s adapted from the popular stage musical that debuted in 2003.
Myleene’s outing comes after she spoke out on her stalker ordeal in a new interview.
The singer shared that certain evidence from her trial was considered too upsetting to present to her, as she described the experience as deeply disturbing and a harsh awakening.
The 47-year-old presenter shared her relief that she and her family can now live in peace after a man with schizophrenia was found guilty of stalking her last month.
Peter Windsor was convicted of stalking Myleene Klass after a nine-month period of harassment that included sending her an air pistol and calling her offensive names at her workplace, Classic FM.
He sent her disturbing letters and gifts, even requesting she punish him with a whip and cane. These items, which included elaborate costumes and jewelry, were often stopped by workplace security before they reached her.
A 61-year-old man from Stetchford, Birmingham, was convicted of stalking Myleene Klass after a trial at Birmingham Crown Court in October. He had claimed some of the items he gave her were meant as a joke, but the court found him guilty of stalking her between November 2023 and August 2024.
Okay, so I just read this interview, and apparently in court, they had to hide so much stuff from her because it was just too awful! Like, they didn’t even want her to see some of the things fans sent, and they wouldn’t even report on it! Can you believe it? It’s just… heartbreaking to think about what she’s been going through. I need to know everything, but also protect her, it’s so confusing!
She explained that everyone present in court had a file containing evidence. However, throughout the trial, the court clerk was instructed to take specific pages out of hers, leaving her feeling like her own experiences were being suppressed.
I didn’t understand what everyone else was focusing on, and it made me question what was actually happening. If a picture of a gun was acceptable, what crossed the line? It was really concerning.
Myleene explained that she didn’t think to ask to see the censored material at the time, but now realizes she would have wanted to.
I was so shocked to learn in the interview that she never truly knew how much harassment he put her through. Apparently, for years, Classic FM’s security intercepted letters and packages sent to her, and they actually threw them away – all to protect her from being upset. It’s just heartbreaking to think about how much she was shielded from, and how much worse it really was.
She found out about the unwanted mail last August, but she’s deeply troubled by the thought of what might have happened to her or her family during the time she was unaware.
Looking back, I truly had no idea I or my family were ever at risk. It was so unsettling in court when they asked if this person had ever approached me at work – honestly, I just don’t know. Because of my public profile, meeting people and being photographed is just part of my daily life. In a way, it left me feeling incredibly vulnerable, like an easy target.
As a longtime follower of this case, I was shocked to learn Peter was also convicted of stalking Katie Breathwick, a coworker of Myleene’s at Classic FM. He sent her some really disturbing gifts – binoculars, spiked running shoes, champagne, and even a stamp collection meant for her son. It’s just incredibly unsettling to think about the fear he caused.
