The mother of two didn’t disclose the specific kind of cancer she was diagnosed with, but she mentioned that it was detected “surprisingly” during a routine screening and was found to be in an early stage.
Among the initial ones to express words of encouragement on her post was her closest friend, Myleene. Later, during Loose Women, she became emotional and began to cry.

After gathering herself, Myleene confessed that looking at Lauren’s photo made her cry, explaining: “It’s simply because seeing your stunning friend’s face is so reminiscent of dear memories.
Sharing some personal updates on social media, Lauren posted: ‘Here’s what’s been going on… I have recently received a cancer diagnosis.’
I was fortunate enough that it was discovered early, unanticipatedly through a screening examination. It’s anticipated that I will fully recuperate.
Currently, I’m staying at a hospital, and I wanted to seize this opportunity to express my gratitude. Firstly, I want to thank the dedicated medical staff who have been instrumental in my progress so far, demonstrating remarkable skills and compassion.
To my extraordinary family and friends who’ve been with me every step along this journey, I am deeply grateful and love you all so dearly.
