Fearne Cotton recently provided an update on her health for her followers, approximately four months following a surgical procedure where they extracted two non-cancerous growths from her jaw area.

The television host, aged 42, posted a radiant selfie on Instagram after her recent ultrasound, announcing that the procedure was successful and no traces whatsoever of the growths were left behind.

In December, Fearne became aware of some growing tumors. Shortly afterwards, she underwent surgery, a process that took place mere weeks following her friend Davina McCall’s revelation about her own brain tumor diagnosis and subsequent surgery.

When the previous Radio 1 host was showered with encouragement from both devoted fans and renowned celebrities such as Davina, Holly Willoughby, and Gok Wan, they admired her candor and courage in detailing her health experiences.

In her most recent Instagram update, Fearne disclosed a rundown of her recent achievements, hinted at future projects, and subsequently unveiled the findings from her latest scans.

In today’s ultrasound examination, I am delighted to report that my recovery after the surgery is progressing positively. Moreover, it was confirmed that no trace of the tumor remains on my parotid gland.

I’m thankful to those of you who shared about upcoming surgeries. I’m sending my well wishes for your swift and successful recoveries.

After Fearne disclosed that her health issue had shifted her perspective on life, she now expresses feeling fantastic, and is eagerly prepared for what life has in store, having moved on from her separation with Jesse Wood.

In December, the TV host publicly announced their divorce from Jesse, who is the son of Rolling Stones’ bass guitarist Ronnie Wood, following a decade-long marriage.

Since then, she’s taken jabs at Jesse and started dating TV director Elliot Hegarty. The two were spotted sharing a kiss during a recent evening out.

On Scott Mills’ BBC Radio 2 breakfast show last month, I had the pleasure of chatting, and I must say, I’m genuinely thrilled with my current state. Every morning, I leap out of bed with a zest for the day ahead, embracing life with open arms.

In a statement, Scott shared that after knowing Fearne for a quarter of a century, he’s never witnessed her as “more upbeat” or “happier.” This comment resonated with Fearne, who affirmed, “Absolutely, I’m feeling fantastic!

She shared that her health incident has significantly altered her perspective, and mentioned that she’s found solace with friend Davina.

As a lifestyle expert, I can’t help but express my joy and profound appreciation for life. Funny enough, I’ve had countless conversations with Davina, whose operations were timed just about a month apart from mine – talk about coincidence!

I’ve been having numerous wonderful conversations that leave me incredibly thankful for the essentials. It feels great to wake up with energy and eagerness for the day ahead. Indeed, I’m in a positive mood, as there are many exciting events planned for this year. I’m ready to embrace them!

After experiencing her health crisis, Fearne expressed deep gratitude as she hadn’t anticipated that the lump would be a cause for concern, only later discovering it was a tumor.

She shared that she had an ultrasound examination, and unexpectedly, they discovered a tumor, which came as quite a shock, she added.

Initially, I assumed this would be insignificant, turning out to be quite the extensive operation. Yet here I am, in good health, feeling fantastic, and incredibly thankful for the outcome.

In December, she announced that she would need to take some time off because she needs surgery. She had discovered a lump beneath her ear on her jawline some time ago, and this year, she noticed it was getting larger.

It appears that the growth is benign, and there’s another small one located on the salivary gland as well. Despite this news, I am maintaining a hopeful outlook and plan to use this time for some much-needed rest and relaxation.

If you notice a lump, bump, or anything unusual about your body, don’t hesitate to have it examined. I’m truly grateful I made that decision because delaying checks can make issues more complex over time.

Fearne underwent a procedure to remove a non-cancerous growth a few days prior, which coincided with news about her separation from her spouse Jesse, with whom she has son Rex and daughter Honey.

In his online post, the radio host expressed, with deep sadness, that he and Jesse were choosing to part ways in their marriage. He emphasized that their primary concern, always, would be for their children.

Besides being Jesse’s wife, Fearne is also a stepmother to Arthur (age 21) and Lola (age 18), who are Jesse’s children from his previous marriage with Tilly Wood.

Jesse, aged 48, has parted ways with his ex-partner, Gemma Gregory, who is currently involved in the wellness industry at the age of 39.

Meanwhile, Fearne is said to have been secretly dating TV director Elliot Hegarty since January.

A romantic connection between them became apparent as they were spotted deeply kissing during their evening out in Soho, followed by strolling together, linked at the arm, in the company of friends.

The 51-year-old single mother was reportedly left completely stunned and heartbroken upon learning that Elliot and Fearne were more than just friends. A friend shared with the Mail that this was a distressing way for her to discover the truth, and it has been quite traumatic for her.

Recently, Fearne expressed her desire for an exciting spell and going out for a good time, possibly indulging in drinks, after concluding her marriage.
