- Cosplay madness was hands down my favorite part with so many amazing cosplayers just owning their characters.
gamescom asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 was a huge success, concluding on October 19th, 2025, after four days. The show attracted a record number of visitors and had a significant positive impact on business. I attended on the third day, enjoying the public side of the event.
Even though I didn’t attend the entire event, it seemed like everyone had a fantastic time. I could tell from how much fun I had on the day I was there, and from the impressive presentations. I’m excited to share my experience – it was truly enjoyable!

I was still thrilled from the amazing GamingonPhone Awards 2025 Grand Finale in Bangkok. It was a spectacular night, and I couldn’t think of a better way to keep the good vibes going than by immediately attending another exciting event in the city.
By evening, I had everything prepared for the event – my press pass was in hand, and I was feeling surprisingly good despite just finishing the previous celebrations. I drove to the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center with my friends, and as security ushered me inside, I could immediately feel the excitement and buzz in the air.
Exploring Booths, Games, and taking in a whole lot of energy
As soon as I walked in, I got a great feeling that the event would be a lot of fun! The place was buzzing with activity, and I saw tons of booths and things to do. People were clearly enjoying themselves, playing games and trying everything out.
I was really excited to see the eFootball booth right there! As a big fan, I had to stop by. I watched people play and briefly thought I could compete with them – though that was definitely wishful thinking. I also managed to snag some free cards, and maybe “borrowed” a few from my friends as well.

I went with the flow and ended up at the CAPCOM booth, which had a huge stage. They were showing Monster Hunter Stories 3: Twisted Reflection on a large screen, and I was captivated by the visuals for a good amount of time before continuing to explore.
I checked out the Mechabreak merchandise and also caught the Nintendo Switch showcase, which featured games like Super Mario Party Jamboree, Kirby and the Forgotten Island, and Donkey Kong Bananza. The Japan-themed area was really popular, and I enjoyed watching people play Mecha BREAK on the large screen.
I also got to see demos of Pokémon Legends, Jujutsu Kaisen, and a Sonic Racing game. It was fun watching my friend try the punch machine and win some prizes! I tried to check out the Island of Hearts area before leaving, but unfortunately, matchmaking wasn’t available for me. It seems romance wasn’t on the cards for me at the show.
The art of cosplaying and a satisfying ending
I was really impressed by the incredible talent on display. The cosplayers were a definite highlight – they completely embodied their characters! I was glad I chose to attend on the day of the cosplay competition; it made the experience even better.
The event was full of amazing costumes! I saw characters from all sorts of popular franchises – like Naruto, Transformers, Jujutsu Kaisen, Marvel, and DC, just to name a few. I took pictures with a lot of them, but unfortunately, my friends weren’t the best photographers. If blurry pictures were considered art, I’d have tons to share!

Cosplayers really deserve a lot of credit. They happily posed for every picture, smiled at everyone, and kept their energy up even in the heat and humidity. Their costumes sometimes looked uncomfortable, but they wore them with the same enthusiasm we felt watching them!
Okay, so Day 3 of Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2025 wasn’t quite as wild as the last day, but honestly, it had everything I love about these events. I was having such a blast walking around, I seriously wished I had more time to explore everything!
The event was a blast – filled with fun, costumes, and a shared passion for gaming! It really highlighted why these kinds of gatherings are so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back, and I’m especially interested in attending more of the public days. Next time, though, I’ll either bring a better camera or just take selfies to capture the memories.
