The popular and highly-rated drama Yellowjackets is coming to the streaming service ITVX, which will be the only place to watch it for free in the UK.
Okay, so I just finished this show and seriously, you HAVE to check it out. It’s not easily put into one genre – it’s got horror, mystery, and a really cool coming-of-age story all mixed in. It totally kept me on the edge of my seat, and honestly, I really connected with the characters. It’s one of those shows that gets you thinking and feeling, which is awesome.
Yellowjackets tells the story of a high school girls’ soccer team whose plane crashes in a remote wilderness. As they struggle to survive, the girls’ lives begin to fall apart, and the show explores questions of where they are, what dangers they face, and if they’ll ever be rescued.

We’ve confirmed that at least some of the characters are featured in two different time periods. The show Yellowjackets follows these characters both during a traumatic event in their past and 25 years later, as they deal with the lasting effects of that experience on their lives and connections with each other.
The show Yellowjackets features a talented cast, with established stars like Melanie Lynskey, Juliette Lewis, and Christina Ricci. The younger actors, who have since gained recognition in popular shows and films like Fallout, Companion, and Scream, include Ella Purnell, Sophie Thatcher, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Liv Hewson.
