MrBeast partners with Jesse Tinsley-led TikTok bid “significantly higher” than $20 Billion
MrBeast’s ongoing TikTok acquisition attempts continue with new $20+ Billion bid.
As a gaming enthusiast, I’m right in the thick of it all with the TikTok gold rush! Jesse Tinsley, a tech mogul and investor, is leading an ambitious bid for TikTok that’s valued at way over $20 billion. He’s got MrBeast on board too, turning what started as a lighthearted jest into a serious contender in any acquisition attempt. MrBeast is now standing tall as the main guy in this race!
Is MrBeast working with Jesse Tinsley’s TikTok bid?
In a recent interview on Bloomberg Television, Jesse Tinsley unveiled their TikTok bidding partnership with MrBeast. During this chat, Tinsley stated that their offer is substantially greater than an approximately $20 billion proposal from another potential buyer. This substantial bid might be in reference to the project backed by Kevin O’Leary, known as Project Liberty.
On a crucial point, Tinsley mentioned that MrBeast isn’t solely tied to his TikTok venture. As reported by Bloomberg, MrBeast hasn’t made a definitive choice regarding any specific project. Instead, this content creator is engaging in conversations with multiple parties to secure himself with the most promising contender in the end.
Additionally, Tinsley himself admitted that his team hasn’t communicated with ByteDance Ltd., the owner of TikTok, contradicting previous reports suggesting a potential sale. The Chinese company has consistently stated that its US operations are not up for grabs.
Will MrBeast buy TikTok?
As reported by U.S. President Donald Trump, there is considerable interest in the popular app TikTok, with major tech company Microsoft potentially making a $3 Trillion offer. For giants like Microsoft, acquiring TikTok isn’t simply about playing social media games; it represents a substantial investment aimed at securing influence and control in the fierce competition often referred to as the “social media battlefield.
For MrBeast to become the owner of TikTok, he needs to hope that a joint bidding group like Tinsley’s comes out victorious and includes him as a member. If not, he may continue as one of the biggest creators on the platform but won’t be in charge.
