In the early days when the scene was still emerging and managing an esports team came with high costs, he established and led teams such as Aether and Nexplay. As time progressed, and we are now in the 15th season of the league, Dogie persists in nurturing new talents towards the professional level by assisting in the management of TNC Pro Team.

During a post-game interview, Tristan “Yawi” Cabrera, TNC’s star roamer, discussed the significant impact having Dogie as his mentor has had on the team’s victories. Yet, he harbors concerns that the well-known figure in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Philippines might be considering a departure from esports to prioritize his personal life.

When we first spoke and he explained to me his communication style, it was strikingly focused this time around. Moreover, there’s an entirely new passion in him now – for us, for TNC. That’s why I said that he indeed seems different as our boss this season.

After all, Boss D is getting older and has other priorities too. So it appears as though he’s making the most of his time in esports for now.
