Moviegoers Faint in Horror Film’s Preview: Aussie Directors Share Shocking Details!
They wowed audiences with their terrifying box office hit Talk to Me.
Now brothers Danny and Michael Phillippou have made a new horror blockbuster, Bring Her Back.
As a die-hard cinema enthusiast, I can’t help but share my exhilaration over this chilling cinematic masterpiece! From what I’ve heard, the filmmakers claim that audiences have fainted during early screenings due to its sheer terror. It’s that spine-tinglingly good!
During a recent episode of The Project, Danny confessed that there had been three instances of people fainting.
32-year-old twins are going to face questions from host Sarah Harris regarding their upcoming controversial film, slated to premiere in cinemas across the country this coming Thursday.

‘This film, I’m telling you, are you guys alright?’ Sarah joked.
She then went to detail her alarming experience of watching the film.
As I sat there, heart pounding, I couldn’t help but feel like the pregnant producer I was seated beside might deliver any moment – the jump scares were so intense!
‘All I can say is that I didn’t write it,’ Michael said.
‘Michael directed it though,’ Danny shot back.
Sarah continued, “What I want to emphasize isn’t just the typical frightening elements; this has a deeply affecting narrative as well. It leaves an unsettling feeling that lingers.
The story revolves around two orphaned children who, for a time, reside under the care of a foster family harboring a shocking mystery.
The film is a follow-up for the Philippou brothers after the international success of Talk To Me.
The supernatural terror garnered numerous prestigious international awards, along with eight AACTA prizes, and generated more than $100 million in ticket sales at movie theaters worldwide.
48-year-old Sally Hawkins, a highly acclaimed English actress recognized for performances in films such as Paddington, Wonka, and Happy-Go-Lucky, features prominently in the movie titled Bring Her Back.

I portray the character of a deeply mourning mother named Laura, who embarks on an unconventional journey to resurrect her deceased child through the use of mystical practices.
The twins reunited with the autonomous studio, A24, and Samantha Jennings and Kristina Ceyton from Causeway, the same team that produced their debut movie.
It also stars Mischa Heywood, Sora Wong and Billy Barratt.
Mischa, 15, recently revealed that filming Bring Her Back was anything but scary.
She described her role as playing Catherine in the movie as being similar to attending an exciting, lively gathering, adding that it was incredibly enjoyable.
Mischa shared with Daily Mail Australia that the YouTube-turned-horror directors are bursting with enthusiasm and liveliness, which is beneficial because when shooting something as grave and heartbreaking as ‘Bring Her Back’, it seems necessary to maintain a fun atmosphere on set to alleviate the heaviness.
‘They’re just the sweetest human beings.’
Bring Her Back is set to hit Aussie screens on May 29.
