Mother-of-three Billie Faiers, 34, says ‘absolutely not’ to the idea of more children

Mother-of-three Billie Faiers, 34, says 'absolutely not' to the idea of more children

As a lifestyle expert with extensive experience observing and analyzing family dynamics, I can empathize with Billie Faiers‘ decision to stop at three children. Three kids are indeed like having ten! The energy, time, and resources required to raise such a brood are immense, and it takes a special kind of strength and resilience to juggle all the responsibilities that come with it.

Billie Faiers, mother of three, firmly declared that she has no intention of expanding her family any further when asked about the possibility of having a fourth child.

Previously known for being on TOWIE, a 34-year-old individual is currently enjoying family life with husband Greg Shepherd. They share three beautiful children together: Nelly (aged 10), Arthur (aged 7), and Margot, who is 21 months old.

Billie explained that taking care of an additional individual feels like managing ten people. She finds it amazing how such a small addition can bring about significant changes in life.

Previously, Billie mentioned her desire to expand her family. However, when questioned about her current feelings on the matter, she emphatically stated: ‘Definitely not.’

Billie continued by saying: “Greg agrees, and it’s wonderful – we are blessed and thankful to have three kids, but we still want some personal time too.”

‘If we had another one, it’d be going back again. Work is very important to us as well.’

She added: “It shows that we’ve grown older with the arrival of our three children. Now, Greg sports a few silver strands, and I have certainly accumulated more wrinkles, especially around my eyes.”

In 2019, the pair tied the knot, and now they’re busy shooting fresh installments for the ITVBe reality show titled “Billie and Greg: The Family Diaries,” a series that commenced in 2021.

As a longtime fan of reality TV shows, I must say that the new programme is reminiscent of the beloved Sam and Billie Faiers: The Mummy Diaries series, which ran from 2016 to 2021. Having followed the lives of these two sisters through their ups and downs as they juggled motherhood with their own personal pursuits, I can’t help but feel a sense of nostalgia for those days when we got to peek into their world every week. The new programme promises to be just as captivating, if not more so, given the fresh perspective and new challenges that come with being an established celebrity family.

Billie serves as the older sibling to Sam Faiers, aged 33, who has previously been on TOWIE and is now a mother of three. Together with Billie, they run the podcast known as “The Sam & Billie Show.”

Billie revealed how filming affected her and Greg: “For stretches of time, it feels like we might go for weeks or even months without going on a date or spending quality time together, just the two of us.”

As a lifestyle expert, I’d rephrase that sentence like this: “Despite what some might think, he remains a romantic at heart. He frequently compliments me on my derriere, making it clear he appreciates the ‘bum’ side of life.”

It was speculated in November 2023 that Billie and Sam would relocate to the United States following the signing of a multi-million dollar contract, which enabled them to transfer their popular podcast to the Amazon-owned platform Wondery.

Billie expressed that due to the children’s current ages, it seems essential for us to remain in our current location for some time.

Regarding any potential future relocation, Billie expressed enthusiasm by saying, “What a fantastic idea! It would mean a significant shift in my lifestyle. I’d absolutely love the opportunity to visit America.”

Back in May, I spilled my heart out to TopMob about the secret strategies Billie and her partner, Greg, use to ensure their three little stars, born into the world of reality TV, stay humble and grounded amidst the glitz and glamour.

Billie mentioned that it has been a common practice for them and their children to film, so they are not very familiar with anything else in this regard.

I believe that, unless there’s any issue or worry brought up by Nelly, such as expressing concerns directly to me.

It’s clear that the happiness of the kids is our utmost concern. However, I believe we excel at helping them maintain a balanced perspective in life.

Nelly made her television debut on The Only Way Is Essex in 2014 when she was just weeks old.

Shortly after their births, Arthur and Margot made appearances on The Mummy Diaries and The Family Diaries consecutively.
