Morgan Wallen Smirks, Jokes About Probation in Post-Chair Throw Interview
In a frank interview, held a year after his arrest, Morgan Wallen nonchalantly communicated with what appeared to be his probation supervisor, all the while smirking. The incident involved him tossing a chair from the rooftop of a bar.
In April 2024, the 31-year-old country singer admitted to recklessly endangering people when he threw an object from the rooftop of Nashville’s Chief’s Bar, coming close to striking two policemen without using a deadly weapon.
On December 12, Morgan admitted guilt for two misdemeanor charges of reckless endangerment, originally facing three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct, for which he had posted a $15,250 bond.
Instead of serving time in jail, Wallen chose an alternative option by spending seven days at a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) treatment facility. Additionally, he was required to pay a $350 fine and is currently on probation for two years.
During a recent conversation with Caleb Pressley on Sundae Conversations, the well-known Voice contestant jokingly discussed his past arrest while touring his establishment, This Bar & Tennessee Kitchen, located in Nashville.
Overcome with excitement, I found myself admitting, “Indeed, it’s my first visit! Fingers crossed that I won’t break any rules just to be here!

In a surprised tone, Pressley asked, “Aren’t you currently on probation?” To which Wallen replied with a chuckle, “Yes… a shout-out to my Probation Officer.
The artist was deeply upset when he learned about his former partner, KT Smith, eloping and the fact that another man would be taking care of their child. This information was shared by a source with DailyMail.com back then.
In another part of our conversation, I was questioned regarding my notable departure from Saturday Night Live, often referred to as “rude,” and my decision to bypass the customary mingling with the cast until the end of the credits.
A short while later, he shared an image of a private plane on his Instagram Story, accompanied by the message, ‘Transport me to Heaven’s land.’
Pressley asked: ‘Seriously, SNL, did they make you mad?
Wallen responded: “‘No, no. I was just ready to go home. I’d been there all week.
A few days following the SNL incident, he addressed the ensuing uproar and debuted a product line featuring his well-known slogan, emblazoned on t-shirts and caps, which retail for $45 each.
On a Tuesday, I enthusiastically shared a glimpse of the design concepts for my upcoming merchandise – now up for pre-orders on my official website – via my Instagram Story, as the dedicated follower that I am, straight from the studio where the You Proof singer and I collaborate.
