The event will run for five days, concluding on November 24th, 2024. As anticipated, there will be 25 levels of progression to conquer in this event.
In the “Treasures of the Galaxy” event within MONOPOLY GO!, the format is reminiscent of previous dig events. You’ll discover artifacts by excavating beneath a grid using Pickaxe Tokens. These tokens can be obtained by achieving milestones in tournaments and banner events, which are essential for advancing in this interstellar treasure hunt as they serve as your primary resource.
MONOPOLY GO! Treasures of the Galaxy Event Strategies and Tips
As a gamer, I’d say: Kick things off by understanding the strategy behind my Pickaxe game. Start by scoping out the empty spaces at the top for insights on how many Pickaxes you’ll likely need and possible locations of hidden treasures. A smart move would be to swing that Pickaxe in the center of the grid first.
This strategy allows you to explore wider areas and increases your chances of discovering hidden riches. It’s best not to use pickaxes in the corners or along the edges unless you’re fairly certain there’s something valuable there. Once you’ve cleared some central squares, focus on tiles that probably contain pieces of the treasure. Look for areas where uncovering a tile without treasure significantly reduces the number of other potential treasure locations.
To gather more Pickaxe tokens, it’s recommended that you join concurrent events or competitions. You can monitor these events using my convenient events schedule. Take a look at the individual events and tournaments to see how many rewards they offer. In total, around 400-450 Pickaxes may be needed to complete this event when aiming for 25 tokens.
