Molly Smith looks sensational as she shows off her toned figure in a blue bikini on the French Riveria

As I strolled along the stunning shores of the French Riviera yesterday, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of pride and admiration for my own well-maintained physique, mirroring Molly Smith’s radiant appearance during her recent visit.

On Love Island, the 31-year-old celebrity looked breathtaking in a powder blue two-piece swimsuit featuring a triangular top and ties at the sides for adjustability on the bottoms.

During her boat journey, she donned a coordinating top and added a stylish straw cowboy hat as an accessory.

‘Sailing the French Riveria,’ she captioned her Instagram update.

As a lifestyle enthusiast, I proudly stand by my body image and took a firm stance against negativity recently. A critic made an unacceptable remark about my physique, claiming it was “unrealistic” and emblematic of what’s wrong with the world. In response to this shocking comment, I firmly asserted that every individual should embrace their unique body, free from judgment or criticism. It’s essential to foster a positive dialogue and promote self-love in our community.

Previously on Love Island, the fitness-savvy celebrity – also a certified personal trainer – lately posted a string of photos where she flaunted her well-defined midriff in a swimsuit.

However, the new Instagram update drew criticism, as one individual deemed Molly’s post as “inexcusably harmful” and perceived it as nothing more than an attempt to “promote fitness programs.

‘The issues plaguing our world are up there. The concept of a summer uniform or being “summer body ready”?’

Rest assured, I’m deeply involved in the world of fitness – it’s all about maintaining good health and physical well-being for me. To me, health is priceless.

Instead of such posts, influencers should strive for language that is gentler on mental well-being. Couldn’t we all make an effort to choose our words more carefully?

They found it astonishing: ‘It’s perfectly okay to be fit, and so on, but honestly, I run a gym, and yet… I’m left speechless. It’s disheartening to use unattainable images merely to promote programs. Let’s move on from here.’

Molly replied: “First off, I was tagged in something where I said, ‘unrealistic images’? But that’s just my genuine self and my actual body. I don’t understand how it could be considered unrealistic.

I’m offering insights into my training routine, providing tips and guidance for anyone interested. Feel free to move on if you prefer. I’m demonstrating that consistent effort and commitment lead to tangible outcomes.

I exclaim: “It’s absolutely astounding to hear that what I’m presenting is considered unrealistic – my every endeavor, including my training regimen, is as authentic as it gets, devoid of any shortcuts. I am simply offering a glimpse into the reality of my life and routine.

1. Regarding the second point, it’s surprising for me to witness someone who owns a gym expressing negativity towards another woman who is passionate about fitness and health. Attempting to present this positively as something negative seems out of place.

)

2. In the second instance, it’s quite astonishing for me to see someone who runs a gym being critical of another woman who values fitness and wellness. Spinning something positive into negativity doesn’t seem appropriate.

I trust that you aren’t addressing your clients or customers in such a manner. Aren’t you supposed to provide them support instead?

I value health greatly and won’t set a cost for it, but I will make my plans available for purchase for anyone interested. Additionally, I offer knowledge and guidance on this topic for those who seek it.

She clarified her statement about the ‘unrealistic images’: “I find it hard to comprehend how my actual body and the images associated with it could be considered unrealistic!!!

‘You should know every body is different and we all have individual goals that we want to achieve.

Rather than focusing solely on my physical appearance, let’s appreciate the effort and dedication that has gone into transforming my lifestyle for the better. I sincerely hope that no one in your fitness community is judged or criticized when they walk through your gym doors.

2020 saw Molly rise to popularity on ITV2’s Love Island. In the following years, she decided to change her career path and trained as a personal trainer in 2023.
