Model Molly Sims shares another string bikini photo on Instagram, posing as a classic pinup.

During a summer getaway with her loved ones, the 52-year-old ex-model, who remains a size two, appeared noticeably trimmer.

In a coastal resort, the famous Las Vegas figure adopted a provocative stance, lowering her bikini bottoms intentionally for the benefit of the camera.

One hack is that she drinks bone broth. 

In a display for her audience, the shining figure was seen pouring a rich, brown fluid into a ceramic mug adorned with a red heart symbol.

Above the image of the mug filled with broth, she penned: ‘Aids in anti-aging, benefits digestion and gut health, eases joint pain post-workouts, promotes better sleep…’

WebMD explains that bone broth, often referred to as stock, is a liquid created by simmering animal bones and connective tissues.

‘Chefs use stock as a base for soups, sauces, and gravies. Some people drink it on its own.

In ancient times, it’s believed that humans may have consumed liquids made from boiled bones and other animal components, even before the era of recorded history.

‘People all over the planet make bone broth from the animals that live nearby. 

‘The popular Japanese ramen dish tonkatsu — “pork bone broth” in English — is one example.’

It was also shared that most bone broth has at least trace amounts of several nutrients.

‘Adding vegetables to bone broth can also significantly enhance its nutritional benefits.’

It was also claimed it can help with weight management, hydration, sleep, nutrition.

It was previously noted that Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek, and Shailene Woodley have all spoken highly about the advantages of consuming bone broth.

One more tip from Molly regarding her diet strategy involves practicing mindfulness while eating, including the consumption of beneficial fats, and thoughtfully planning out snacks.

The celebrity TV personality stresses the importance of a well-balanced diet that includes lots of vegetables and lean proteins like egg whites, and tries to minimize the intake of meat and gluten.

In addition, Sims employs clever tricks for healthier living such as consuming frozen grapes as a sugar-free dessert option, and incorporating protein powder into dishes to enhance their nutritional value.

A third suggestion is adopting intermittent fasting, a style of eating that alternates between consuming food and intentionally abstaining from eating at specific intervals.

It’s not a diet in the traditional sense, but rather a way of timing meals.

Two popular approaches to intermittent fasting are the 16/8 approach (fasting for 16 hours followed by an 8-hour eating window) and the 5:2 method (eating normally for 5 days, then reducing calorie intake on 2 designated days).
