Molly Sims, 52, drops jaws again in sizzling bikini during Cabo trip… after Sports Illustrated Swimsuit shoot

Supermodel Molly Sims is ready for bikini season.

After appearing in the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue, 52-year-old Sims confidently wore a bikini again during a family vacation to Cabo.

Sims shared photos of herself enjoying a beach vacation, striking poses in a red and white striped swimsuit. The photos highlight her toned physique and long legs.

‘@si_swimsuit: Cabo edition,’ she captioned the post, along with a palm tree and bikini emojji.

The beautiful Pacific Ocean was visible through the windows, but Sims’ striking appearance was hard to ignore.

The post featured other looks from her trip, like a breezy beach cover-up and a red dress with cut-out details.

Sims is clearly dedicated to staying in shape, and it shows in recent photos, as well as in her appearance in the upcoming Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue.

Sims looked stunning in an orange swimsuit, posing on her knees by the calm ocean with her hands gently on her waist.

Sims has been open about how she stays in shape over the years.

The supermodel has been candid about the secrets behind her svelte shape over the years.

In 2023, she enthusiastically shared that adding bone broth to her diet had made a significant positive impact on her health.

She shared on Instagram that the product helped with anti-aging, improved digestion and gut health, eased joint pain after exercise, and promoted better sleep.

‘This has been game changing for me.’

Bone broth, also known as stock, is a liquid created by simmering animal bones and connective tissues in water.

‘Chefs use stock as a base for soups, sauces, and gravies. Some people drink it on its own.

‘People have been making bone broth since the beginning of humankind.

Anthropologists believe that people have been drinking liquids made with bones and other animal remains since prehistoric times.

‘People all over the planet make bone broth from the animals that live nearby.

‘The popular Japanese ramen dish tonkatsu — “pork bone broth” in English — is one example.’

It was also shared that most bone broth has at least trace amounts of several nutrients.

‘Adding vegetables to bone broth can also significantly enhance its nutritional benefits.’

It was also claimed it can help with weight management, hydration, sleep, nutrition.

Gwyneth Paltrow, Salma Hayek, and Shailene Woodley have all spoken positively about drinking bone broth before.

Molly also suggests practicing mindful eating, including healthy fats in your diet, and snacking at the right times to stay on track.

The celebrity promotes eating a well-rounded diet full of vegetables and healthy proteins like egg whites, while suggesting people eat less meat and avoid gluten.

Sims also incorporates simple, healthy habits, like enjoying frozen grapes as a satisfying dessert and adding protein powder to meals for an extra nutritional benefit.

Another helpful tip is intermittent fasting, which involves regularly switching between times when you eat and times when you don’t.

It’s not a diet in the traditional sense, but rather a way of timing meals.

Popular intermittent fasting approaches include the 16/8 method, where you fast for 16 hours and eat all your meals within an 8-hour period, and the 5:2 method, which involves eating regularly for five days a week and limiting calorie intake for the other two.
