As a seasoned observer of public figures’ lives, I must say that Molly-Mae Hague’s recent vlog resonated deeply with me. Her raw emotion and honesty were palpable, and it was evident that she was going through a difficult time. Her words echoed the sentiments of many who have experienced heartbreak – the desire to keep the pain private while also seeking comfort in those closest to us.

Molly-Mae Hague recently disclosed that their 18-month-old daughter, Bambi, seems to intuitively recognize the changes in her parents’ relationship following their separation, and has been dealing with attachment challenges as a result.

Previously, the Love Island alum called off her engagement to the boxer, both aged 25, earlier this month, following a five-year relationship. Since then, Tommy has faced accusations of infidelity after it was claimed he kissed Danish Milla Corfixen, 20, during a guys’ trip in North Macedonia.

In a recent video blog, Molly-Mae updated followers on how her daughter has been adjusting to life’s modifications since they asked Tommy to leave their £4M Cheshire residence.

Over the past fortnight, Bambi and I have truly enjoyed each other’s company. At present, I find myself feeling exceptionally bonded with her. To be honest, she seems to be quite infatuated with me, which is a bit unnerving.

It seems that she becomes very distressed whenever I attempt to leave the room, even for simple tasks like going to the bathroom. It appears she might be experiencing some degree of separation anxiety or attachment issues right now.

‘She can definitely sense that there are changes and things are strange at the minute’.

On several occasions, I’ve found myself apart from Molly, as Tommy, living in a luxurious flat in London during his preparations for a fight while training.

Back in June 2022, I found myself in a whirlwind of speculation when people started talking about my beloved couple supposedly parting ways, all because he had moved into a fresh new apartment. However, I was quick to jump to their defense, assuring everyone that they were very much together and the move was simply a new chapter in their shared journey.

It comes after Molly-Mae admitted that she’s lonely and bedbound in the wake of her split.

In an open and honest video blog posted last Friday, Molly-Mae talked about her life following the break-up, admitting to her followers that weekends are tough as they feel lonely and empty without her ex.

In a different video, she mentioned that she had arranged for a day at the spa and was eagerly anticipating leaving the house.

As a die-hard fan, let me share my feelings: There’s nothing more unbearable to me than being stuck at home all day, given it’s been my routine for countless days already.

I’ve been mostly confined at home, even in bed, but luckily Zoe has been frequently visiting to assist me with Bambi, and Tommy has also been taking care of Bambi.

She went on to reveal how she had a professional organiser to come in and sort out her cupboards as ‘there was a lot of chaos going on’ and she felt like her house’ needed a little bit of a sort out’.

The influencer mentioned that she felt like preparing a meal for herself, but her desire to eat wasn’t strong, adding that although her appetite was gradually returning, she wasn’t particularly keen on any food at the moment.

Later in that clip, I found myself reminiscing about the challenges I’ve faced in filling my days ever since Tommy packed up and left our shared space.

Talking directly into the camera, she expressed: “Today, I’m making an effort to keep myself engaged, divert my attention, and search for activities to pass the time.”

‘And I’m kind of dreading this weekend because I feel like weekends are c**p!

During a separation, I often find that weekends are particularly challenging since they’re moments I eagerly anticipate, more so when you’re part of a family as they represent quality family time and opportunities for creating cherished memories together.

“Your kind actions never cease to amaze me, but I must confess, weekends have become particularly challenging. It’s not just about feeling lonely; it’s more like a deep sense of melancholy sets in.”

She commented: ‘This upcoming weekend doesn’t excite me much, but I believe that as each weekend goes by, it should become less challenging – we can only hope so.’

Molly-Mae, mother of 20-month-old Bambi alongside Tommy, added: “There are moments in break-ups when certain parts of the day can be more challenging or less so.”

From my perspective as a lifestyle guide, I find myself thriving during those fleeting moments when life seems to take a backseat. Amidst the chaos of mornings, evenings, and weekends, there lies a golden window – the time when I’m engrossed in my daily tasks, lost in thought, and momentarily free from distractions. It’s during these precious hours that I find solace, clarity, and a sense of accomplishment.

‘And then the minute things slow down…’

“For me too, you’ve grown accustomed to the way things are, living in a routine, and then suddenly, there’s a significant shift, which can be quite challenging, indeed, it’s rather unpleasant.”

Later, Molly-Mae pondered if her followers might question the appearance of normality in her vlog, but she clarified that it was simply ‘the method I find most helpful for me to deal with this situation.’

She added that YouTube and vlogging has been a ‘nice distraction’ for her amid the heartache and is ‘something else to think about’ and ‘focus on’, as well as a ‘coping mechanism’.

Molly-Mae wrapped up her video by expressing that the time following her split would undoubtedly be a challenging experience, but she feels fortunate to have her vast internet community standing by her during this tough period.

Previously in her vlog, Molly-Mae expressed that she still holds a deep affection for Tommy, as she reminisces about the past two weeks since they called off their engagement.

She said in her first video following the shock news that she is ‘ready to move forward and look to the future’ as she opened up with her followers.

Starting her usual vlog, the influencer settled down on the floor of her £4 million Cheshire residence, engaging with the camera and addressing her followers.

She mentioned: ‘Perhaps you’re watching this video in expectation of hearing gossip or updates about recent events, but let me be clear – I never intended to discuss such topics and I don’t have plans to do so in the future.’

Over the past two weeks, our experiences have felt incredibly authentic and truly representative of real-life situations. We’ve tried to navigate them in private, yet they’ve been difficult to detach myself from.

My way of dealing with things has been confiding in the people I cherish, those who have been particularly supportive during this challenging period, and then continuing my work here. I find it difficult to discuss what’s happening because it’s not a play or a publicity act; it’s a deeply personal and sad situation that I don’t feel comfortable turning into a spectacle.

To avoid discussing the matter due to my deep respect for Tommy, I prefer not to delve into it because the past couple of weeks have been quite challenging and the issue has escalated unnecessarily. I don’t wish to fan the flames or stir up more trouble when it’s unwarranted. Instead, I want to focus on moving forward and looking ahead.

Over the past fortnight, I’ve found things more manageable thanks to the affection shown by all of you. Your support has left me feeling incredibly touched and appreciative.

Molly-Mae expressed her anticipation towards starting anew while expressing gratitude towards her remarkable network of supporters, who have been instrumental in assisting her during this difficult period following the unexpected split.

The mother-of-one confessed she will ‘always love’ ex Tommy but said the split is ‘very sad’ and she is excited to move forward as she has ‘excited things’ coming up.

In another part of her vlog, Molly-Mae took her little one, Bambi, shopping. Later on, they both enjoyed some quality time together, watching TV and reading a bedtime tale.

In the 36-minute video, Molly talked about a project she’s been developing for some time prior to giving birth to Bambi, who is now almost two years old.

She confessed that, due to her struggles with mental strength during her recent relationship breakdown, she almost moved the release date of the confidential project. However, having invested significant effort into it, she feels unable to postpone its launch any further.

Molly announced that she moved the launch date from the original one to September 8, giving herself an additional week to regain strength and energy, a period she described as being quite substantial.
