Model claims she was drugged, sexually assaulted and impregnated at Sean 'Diddy' Combs' L.A. home

As a fan who has followed Sean “Diddy” Combs’ career for years, it’s deeply saddening and shocking to learn about these disturbing allegations against him. I can’t help but feel disillusioned as a supporter, especially since he has always been portrayed as a successful businessman and entertainer who empowers others.

In a fresh legal claim, a woman from Florida asserts that Sean “Diddy” Combs repeatedly took her on trips abroad over a prolonged period, coerced her into sexual encounters with various individuals, both men and women, while providing her with excessive amounts of alcohol and drugs that led to her fainting.

At Combs’ residence in Los Angeles, it is alleged that on one occasion, she was rendered unconscious by a substance and subsequently became pregnant.

In the legal records, a woman is stated who claims Diddy (Combs) secretly videotaped certain intimate moments between them and exerted power over her. Additionally, she asserts that his employees constantly pressured her by phone after she conceived, demanding that she terminate the pregnancy.

This week, a second lawsuit was filed in New York on Friday, targeting the music mogul for alleged sexual misconduct. This new legal action follows closely after federal authorities in New York announced an indictment against him, accusing Combs of crimes such as sex trafficking, racketeering, and offenses related to prostitution.

The 14-page document charges the rapper with enticing females into engaging in “freak offs,” which are extended sexual acts that sometimes lasted for days, involving multiple male sex workers. According to the indictment, Combs and his team allegedly resorted to threats, coercion, drugs, and bribes to persuade women to participate in these events, as well as to conceal any evidence of their occurrence.

The accusation claims that the victims thought they might face potential bodily harm, damage to their professional standing, or financial loss if they declined to participate.

Combs claims he is innocent regarding the accusations, and his legal team intends to present evidence supporting this claim.

This week, Thalia Graves, who used to be both a romantic partner and a business colleague of Combs, has filed a new lawsuit claiming that Combs and his bodyguard drugged her, tied her up, and brutally raped her in an assault from 2001. The incident was allegedly captured on video.

An attorney for Combs did not immediately respond to a request to comment.

Over the past year, I’ve found myself in an unfortunate string of legal issues, with my most recent predicament being a series of lawsuits. This run of legal troubles seems to have begun when my former girlfriend, Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, took action against me last year by filing a lawsuit.

In the court case initiated on Friday by lawyer Joseph L. Ciaccio, the plaintiff, referred to as Jane Doe for privacy reasons, is portrayed as a Floridian entrepreneur, businesswoman, and model.

Ciaccio did not immediately respond to a request to comment.

As per the court documents, it’s stated that the woman encountered Combs towards the end of 2020 and was extended an invitation for travel, both internationally and across the United States. This included encounters with him at various residences in Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami. The travels, as outlined in the documents, were allegedly covered by Combs’ staff arrangements.

The two began to see each other regularly in 2021, about once a month, the complaint says.

However, the lawsuit claims that the woman often felt compelled to accept the flights and transcontinental meetings, as she asserted. Moreover, it alleges that Combs would dispatch drivers to collect her prior to her consenting to travel with him.

The woman alleges Combs raped her in his Los Angeles home, and that she was drugged with alcohol and other substances at times. In some occasions, she would wake with injuries, like bite marks on her heel, without knowing how she had suffered them.

According to the woman, last July at Diddy’s residence in Los Angeles, she claims she was instructed to consume an unidentified drug (which she now suspects was ketamine), leading her to lose consciousness.

After the incident, the lawsuit claims, the woman tested positive in a pregnancy test.

As a devoted cinephile, I find myself compelled to share a personal narrative that’s been weighing heavily on my heart. You see, I was in a situation where I shared the joyous news of my pregnancy with Diddy, also known as Combs. Unfortunately, things took an unexpected turn.

After a period of around three months without any contact, she reportedly hadn’t spoken with Combs since then. However, by the end of 2022, according to the lawsuit, they allegedly reconnected, and he supposedly asked her to accompany him on a trip.

During her visits, she claims that Combs asked her to perform an act for him, which involved consuming alcohol and drugs until she lost consciousness, according to the lawsuit.

According to the lawsuit, she’d find herself with bruises and wounds, yet had no memory of how she got hurt.

The lawsuit alleges that Combs forced other men and women into the bedroom with the victim, and that she saw Combs “slap and abuse other women.”

At a certain time, as stated in the lawsuit, it’s alleged that she thought Defendant Combs and his team were tracking her whereabouts and private conversations. This assumption stemmed from instances where Combs seemed to know about her comments even when he wasn’t present.

The lawsuit seeks an undisclosed amount in actual and punitive damages.
