Mobile Legends: Bang Bang is kicking off a major event for its competitive scene: the Mobile Legends MTC Turkey Championship Season 7. This tournament is worth watching, as Turkish teams have been gaining international recognition since it began. MOONTON, the game developer, is steadily progressing towards its 2026 esports plans, continuing its successful approach.
Even though only eight teams are competing, this event is generating a lot of excitement. It offers a good prize and, more importantly, a chance to qualify for the MSC 2026 tournament. This year’s event will combine online and in-person play.
Mobile Legends MTC Turkiye Championship Season 7: Schedule and Format
The event happens in two parts: a Regular Season and the Playoffs. The Regular Season starts with all the teams and is scheduled to finish on May 17th. During this phase, each team will play every other team twice in a best-of-two match. The top six teams from the Regular Season will then move on to the Playoffs.
The Playoffs will be the last stage of the event, determining the ultimate champion. It will conclude on June 7th. The tournament will use a double-elimination bracket, meaning teams have a second chance after their first loss. All matches up to the Lower Bracket Final, the Upper Bracket Final, and the Grand Final will be best-of-three. The Grand Final itself will be a best-of-seven series.
Prize Pool
The tournament will feature around $39,000 in prize money for the participating teams. However, the biggest rewards are two guaranteed spots in the Mid-Season Cup (MSC) 2026. The winning team will automatically qualify for the MSC, while the second-place team will compete in the MSC Wildcard qualifier.
