I’m eagerly anticipating the next update because it fundamentally alters the atmosphere of the battlefield. Four fresh maps mean you’ll have to revise your lane tactics and hero selections. Below are the upcoming maps:
[Maps names]
This passage maintains the original meaning while using simpler language and providing a clearer idea of the changes the player can expect in the game.
Dangerous Grass
The initial map in the “Annual Map Update” is titled “Perilous Meadow.” It showcases thick grasses covering the elevated areas, inner fortifications, the central lane, and the arena of the Lord. These bushes create chances for sneak attacks, particularly beneficial for heroes who possess high burst damage.

In this new update, you’ll be able to reintroduce beloved characters such as Eudora and Saber into stealth positions within bushes. By catching opponents off guard, you can deliver lethal combination attacks instantly. The introduction of Sky Piercer in the previous Project NEXT has significantly enhanced their lethality, with a stack of 80 Lethality now at their disposal.
Broken Walls
Coming up next is “Fractured Walls,” a map which presents novel routes for traversal throughout the battleground. These newly created pathways offer agile champions like Johnson increased opportunities to excel, create strategic moves, and claim victories.

For even slower-moving champions like Cecilion, these new escape paths will prove advantageous. Notably, junglers can now approach from the back of the pit, increasing chances for ambushes during Lord or Turtle captures.
Flying Cloud

Additionally, we have the “Flying Cloud” at your disposal now, allowing you to quickly reach high ground in battles. On this map, the Flying Cloud platform is positioned close to your base. If you’ve just respawned, you can use it as a means of transportation, leap into the air, and hover for five seconds above the higher ground. This will enable you to initiate team fights or protect your base turrets from being overrun by minions more effectively.
Expanding Rivers

The latest map design is called “Expanding Rivers,” featuring enhanced river currents that spill into surrounding regions. This enhancement increases your hero’s mobility, allowing for quicker ganks and position shifts. Now, heroes such as Nana and Ixia, who lack dash abilities, can take advantage of this feature because the flowing water gives them an additional boost in speed to dodge danger or swiftly assist allies during team battles.

Although specifics about these revamps aren’t available yet, we can expect them to be shared soon! Stay tuned for further announcements!
