Sometimes in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, you might not be able to play Ranked Mode, VS A.I. Mode, or Custom Modes because of a low Credit Score. This score is affected by your behavior during matches. This guide explains the Credit Score system in MLBB and how to improve or fix it.

What is Credit Score in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang

Your in-game behavior affects your Credit Score. Breaking the rules – like being AFK, playing poorly on purpose, or intentionally feeding the enemy – will lower your score. The amount your score is reduced depends on how serious the offense is.

Credit Score rules: How are they deducted

You begin the game with a base Credit Score of 100. This score will change based on your choices and actions within the game. You’ll also regain up to 12 Credit Score points each day. Here’s how your score can decrease:

  • You’ll lose at least 5 points for each instance of AFK, Negative Performance, and Intentional Feeding.
  • You’ll lose at least 8-10 points each time if they have committed multiple Serious Violations in a short period of time.
  • You’ll lose at least 1 point when they don’t confirm during the matchmaking phase.
  • You’ll ose at least 2-3 points when they have been reported by another player. The system has to also deem the reported violation as TRUE.
  • You’ll lose at least 3-7 points reported by multiple players. The system has to also deem the reported violation as TRUE.

Look, I really try to avoid breaking the rules in the game, and you should too. Seriously, messing up can lower your Credit Score, and nobody wants that! So just play it safe and don’t intentionally do anything that’ll get you penalized.

How to increase Credit Score in Mobile Legends

Don’t worry if you have a low credit score! We’ve got solutions to help you improve it in Mobile Legends.

  • When your Credit Score is below 100, you can earn +1 point each day you log into the game.
  • When your Credit Score is below 100, regardless of the match result, +1 point will be given for every match you complete.
  • When your Credit Score is higher than 100, regardless of the match result, you get +1 point for every 7 matches completed.
  • However, your credit score can’t be restored in VS A.I. mode.

How does Violation Rate affect the Credit Score restoration rate

Your Violation Rate is based on your actions in your last 100 Ranked matches. A higher Violation Rate means your daily Credit Score recovery will be lower. Here’s a breakdown of how it works.

  • When the Violation Rate of yours is not more than 1%, a maximum of 12 points can be restored every day.
  • When the Violation Rate of yours is not more than 3%, a maximum of 6 points can be restored every day.
  • When the Violation Rate is higher than 4%, a maximum of 3 points can be restored every day.
  • In addition, the higher your Violation Rate is, the more Credit Scores will be deducted for the same player’s in-game violations. This is regardless of whether they have been reported by players or not.

Rewards and Punishments based on Credit Score in MLBB

Good players with high in-game scores will be rewarded! But if your score is low, you’ll need to improve it quickly, as there will be consequences for negative behavior.

  • Players with Credit Scores equal to 110 can earn up to 8500 Battle Points each week, and gain an extra 10% more Battle Points for each match. They and will also receive a special Credit Badge emote for their perfect Credit Scores;
  • Players with Credit Scores ranging from 100 to 109 can earn up to 8000 Battle Points each week, and gain an extra 5% more Battle Points for each;
  • Players with Credit Scores ranging between 90 to 99 can earn up to 7500 Battle Points each week;
  • Players with Credit Scores in the range of 60-89 can earn up to 6000 Battle Points each week;
  • Players with Credit Scores lower than or equal to 59 can earn up to only 4500 Battle Points each week.

Ranked Mode requires a Credit Score of 90 or higher to play. If your Credit Score is below 60, you’ll only be able to access VS A.I. and Custom Modes.

In Arcade Mode, you need a Credit Score of at least 60 to play. Other modes like Magic Chess, Chess-TD, Arena Mode, and Evolve Mode won’t affect your Credit Score – they won’t add or subtract from it.
