Missy Higgins’ Outfit at the APRAs is Wild!

The 2025 APRA Music Awards got off to a fun start on Wednesday night. 

The show, which is held in Melbourne, brought out some of Australia’s biggest music stars. 

Leading the charge was Missy Higgins who kept things simply in a flirty gingham mini dress. 

She matched the item with a rich green jacket, white socks, and a set of sleek Dr. Martens flat shoes.

For makeup, she chose a peachy, glowing look with a nude coral lipstick and lashings of mascara. 

The singer wore her reddish locks pulled back and completed her ensemble with gold hoops.  

Putting in a dapper appearance was Richard Wilkins opted for an all black ensemble for the night. 

The entertainment journalist combined a velvety jacket with slim-fit denim and boots, also adding a thick belt to the ensemble.

Gypsy Rogers left everyone in awe, donning a delicate minidress fitting her remarkable silhouette perfectly, complementing her fishnet stockings.

As a devoted fan, I followed suit by donning a pair of sleek, stacked patent heels, emulating the style of the talented daughter of iconic pop star Kate Ceberano. To maintain a streamlined look, I opted for minimal accessories.

For makeup, she chose a warm toned palette with a rosy lipstick and wore her curls down.  

Singer Kaiit opted for an artistic look in a frock patched together from mixed checked fabrics. 

She wore it over a a while shirt and chunky boots while carrying a boho crochet shoulder bag. 

The star ensured her makeup matched her eclectic ensemble and clipped her curls off her face.   

Briggs sported an appealing look, opting for a lengthy camel coat instead of a black outfit as his attire.

He adorned several chains and showed off his tattoos, finishing off the look with leather boots.

Grace Newtown was glamorous in a bold floral frock with taffeta skirting and a plunging neckline. 

Jock Cheese of Tism commanded attention in a dapper, classic suit paired with a balaclava. 

He wore a blue satin vest under his jacket and added a bowtie for a touch of class.  

Former children’s entertainer Murray Cook of The Wiggles opted for a retro look for his night out. 

He donned a vibrant, purplish velvet suit featuring bell-bottom pants and a striking shirt boasting similar hues, both adorned with a psychedelic design.
