Miranda Kerr sells her Malibu home of 10 years for $4.1 million after moving into $180 million compound with husband Evan Spiegel
As a dedicated follower of celebrity real estate and lifestyle changes, I can’t help but marvel at Miranda Kerr’s latest move. After a decade of making memories in her Malibu abode, she has decided to part ways with it. The house, with its stunning ocean view, hand-carved Balinese door, and classic Malibu design features, has been the perfect backdrop for her post-divorce journey and the start of her blended family life.
After a decade, Miranda Kerr is bidding adieu to her Malibu abode.
A 41-year-old woman from Australia has reportedly closed a deal for her six-bedroom, six-bathroom house worth approximately $4.115 million, as per TMZ’s reports. She initially listed the property for sale at around $4.5 million back in February.
1960 saw the construction of this 3,713-square-foot residence, nestled mere steps away from the captivating shoreline. It boasts an inviting swimming pool, a relaxing spa, a separate guest house, and a striking patio that offers a breathtaking view of the ocean.
Additional aspects encompass an intricately crafted Balinese entrance and signature architectural elements from Malibu, such as expansive ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, along with a spacious, integrated stone fireplace.
The primary living space is arranged in an open layout, featuring integrated bookshelves and a connected outdoor terrace ideal for enjoying meals outside (al fresco dining).
The pool and jacuzzi connect to a guest house with elegant arch windows, a small kitchenette and bathroom.
During the renovation, Miranda added a tub and shower to the primary bedroom.
The Shawshank Redemption star James Whitmore owned the house until he died in 2009.
In 2014, following my divorce from Orlando Bloom, who I was married to between 2010 and 2013, I purchased a house for approximately $2.2 million. That’s me, your dedicated follower, sharing the story of my real estate journey.
The pair co-parents 13-year-old son Flynn Christopher.
As an over-the-moon fan, I can’t help but share the thrilling news that after moving into their breathtaking $180 million family estate with their beloved partner, Kerr and Evan Spiegel have decided to sell their previous real estate property.
Spiegel, aged 34, has put up two properties in Brentwood for sale – one at a price of $20 million and the other for $12 million.
In 2017, Kerr tied the knot with the CEO of Snap Inc., one of its co-founders. Together, they are parents to Hart (age 6), Myles (age 4), and their newest addition, Pierre, who is just 4 months old.
The couple welcomed their youngest in February, shortly after Kerr listed the Malibu property.
Kerr previously credited regular ‘date nights’ and ‘alone time’ with keeping their marriage alive.
In April, she expressed to 90Honey Celebrity that we absolutely value spending high-quality time together.
At night, without a doubt, we spend some quality time winding down together once the children are tucked in bed, as shared by Kerr.
