Plug In Digital is excited to announce that Mindcop, a detective adventure game where you solve a mystery, is coming to Android and iOS. Solve the murder case in time, before the killer escapes
The game’s art style immediately reminded me of Adventure Time. But beyond that, Mindcop offers a unique experience: solving a case in just five days by exploring the minds of suspects. I found the concept really engaging, and it successfully combines a compelling story with challenging, real-time puzzles.

You take on the role of a renowned Mindcop, investigating crime scenes to gather evidence. You’ll question suspects, press them for information, and try to detect when they’re being dishonest – adding to the mystery. The truly unique feature is the Mindsurf mechanic, which allows you to delve directly into a suspect’s thoughts and feelings.
Shape the story with your choices and discover two different endings
What really makes this game enjoyable is that it’s consistently challenging – every choice you make uses up valuable time, so you really feel the pressure. I also appreciate how the conversations gradually show you which characters are trustworthy and which ones aren’t. And it’s been a pleasant surprise that the game has multiple endings, adding even more replay value.
Overall, this game looks really good! It’s received positive feedback on other platforms, and I’m particularly excited about its unique gameplay, depth, and beautiful hand-drawn art style, which is enhanced by a suspenseful soundtrack. Plus, the fact that it was created by a single developer makes me even more eager to try it.
You can now pre-register for Mindcop on both Android and iOS devices! Find it on the Google Play Store or App Store. The game is currently scheduled to launch on January 20, 2026.
